I purchased a 2 pack of sporty straw…

I purchased a 2 pack of sporty straw cups after hearing good reviews from my mom friends. The cups leaked right away. I'm very disappointed.

The plastic piece of the valves got…

The plastic piece of the valves got lost from my cup. Instead of sending a replacement piece they replaced the whole cups. Izzy helped me she was fast and efficient. Thank you. Will recommend this brand over and over again.

Great customer service!

Excellent customer service from Nicholas! I had problems with two weighted straw cups that had the straws fused shut, Nicholas promptly helped me with the situation and offered a replacement! Thank you very much!

Tommee Tippee has great customer…

Tommee Tippee has great customer service!

I inadvertently damaged two straws of my granddaughter’s cups in my dishwasher. They weren’t secured properly inside the dishwasher and fell to the bottom of the machine. Both came in contact with the heating element and melted.

I felt so bad for ruining her cups I contacted Tommee Tippee and offered to pay for new straws. Customer Support was so kind and understanding, they sent me two NEW CUPS for free!!

Thank you so much Tommee Tippee. You reassured me that outstanding people are the faces that make a company great.

Quick resolution

I bought a set of bottles from Amazon, and within 6 months of use the measurement lines were wearing off. I had never used a sterilizer or dishwasher and they were always hand washed. I spoke with two agents and they are going to replace my bottles with no issues. Fantastic customer support.

Sippy cup drainage issue--resolved!!

I have spoken to somebody named Lanre off facebook about a sippy cup that i bought yesterday that have leaked once i have used it even when it was fully closed, and without the holder for it. The other in the pack was perfectly fine and didnt leak a drop even through the spout. I have gotten quick responses and Lanre was very helpful with me when I couldn't find the batch number on the sippy cup. Easy to talk to and made it more stress relieving. Lanre couldn't find the proposed replacement they wanted to give me but instead found a 2 pack of sippys. Very greatful and happy about my experience with this person. Give them a raise if you have to!!

Susie was awesome

Susie was awesome! I called in questioning not seeing the replacement parts on the website and she was able to assist me in sending me them! She also made sure I had the correct flanges . Great customer service!

My original inquiry was not resolved: I was looking for replacement straws for the Superstar cup. The parts were out of stock. Support reached back out to me, unprompted, and offered replacement cups. I feel truly valued as a customer and appreciate the service.

Lanre was helpful

Lanre was helpful. I needed 3 new valve replacements and unfortunately you guys don't sell them but the rep was able to help me out and send a replacement cup! I appreciate that alot. Hopefully in the future we can buy them seems like alot of parents would benefit from that!

Morgan was so helpful

Morgan was so helpful. Our phone call disconnected and he still moved forward reaching out through email (which I provided during our call prior to the disconnect). And we were able to resolve the issues I’ve been having. I am so impressed by this costumer service!!

I got in contact with parent support…

I got in contact with parent support due to needing a replacement straw for my son’s cup and the amazing Anna did a wonderful job helping with my issue. She was very kind and very fast with her responses. Would definitely recommend tommee tippee to other parents!

Superb Customer Service

We received a bottle warmer as a baby shower gift and unfortunately it started having mechanical issues where it kept turning itself back on and heating inconsistently. I reached out to support and the agent, Nicholas G., was incredibly kind and helpful. I was hoping that it was a known issue and I could get some instructions on how to fix it, but he sent us a whole new unit instead. We truly appreciate it and look forward to using this brand for many years.

Flanges and sizing guides.

Anna who was working with me, found my address was mistakenly put in wrong- she was able to change it and help me get the correct flanges for my breast pump. Not only did she send out my pieces she sent me extra so I can always have a clean and sterilized set. She was amazing with making sure I had what I need and explained why I needed a different size than what I was using with my guide. Amazing work!!!

I had asked about replacement valves…

I had asked about replacement valves for the Sportee cups as mine were starting to leak. These aren't sold online, but I wish they were! It took quite a bit of back and forth with the online chat service team to find out that they don't ship replacement valves to where I live in the US, which I think could have been identified earlier in the communications. Overall their solution was to send me a couple new cups which was just fine and very appreciated - definitely over the top. My recommendation for improvement would be: selling replacement valves online for the sportee cups (I would more than gladly buy them!) so we can maximize use of the cups and reduce waste, and if possible, consider expediting communications with the service team. I know it was on my end too because I was working and couldn't respond right away each time but there were some large gaps in response time.
