Nothing was too much trouble. I sent in our logo and they replied with a mockup of how they would look.

Delivery was quick and the balloons were just what we needed.

When my order and design were finally agreed, my personalised items arrived within 4 days. I was given a lead time of 10 working days, so I was delighted and surprised they arrived so quickly.

The minimum order was 100; other companies required a larger minimum order, or large increments (100, 200, 300, 400, etc.) but with Totally Branded I could order in smaller increments. My order was for 140 personalised items.

The merchandise consultant I worked with, Kaylee Newland, was amazing!. She was extremely patient, helpful and courteous, especially as my design and requirements kept changing. She was able to answer all my questions, in a professional manner.

All in all, my dealings with Totally Branded made me feel valued.

We recently ordered branded flasks to celebrate a company anniversary, featuring a timeline of our company name changes over the years. We provided our initial ideas to Totally Branded, and they took care of the rest. They quickly produced several design options for us to review, and the whole process was handled efficiently from start to finish.

Communication was excellent throughout. Emails were answered promptly, and the team kept us informed at every stage of the order process. They were transparent about a delay that meant we were unable to distribute the flasks on our originally planned date, but this was due to circumstances beyond their control. At no point did I need to chase for updates, as the team was proactive in keeping us informed of the order's progress.

Although I noticed an error the morning after payment had been made, the team responded quickly and resolved the issue later the same day, fortunately before the items went to print.

The finished flasks were of excellent quality, and the printing was exactly as we had envisaged. We used our company colours in the design, which was accommodated without any issues. The flasks have been very well received by our staff, particularly those working on the shop floor, and they keep drinks hot for several hours.

Overall, we were extremely pleased with both the product and the service provided. The combination of excellent communication, responsiveness, quality workmanship, and attention to detail made the experience a very positive one.
