Excellent and quick service

Fabulous service! Needed branded merchandise in less than a week for a small event and from the initial enquiry to the package arriving this company couldn't have been more helpful. The pens and notebooks are very good quality and the branding lovely. Big shout out to Harry as he was so helpful in the initial stages. We will definitely be returning customers.

We ordered bottles and lanyards, and we're very pleased with the quality of both. The best part, however, was the excellent customer service. We had an issue with a few of the bottles, but it was resolved very quickly and professionally.

I needed some souvenir mugs for a 10K race I organise. Totally Branded were excellent value and I was pleased with the quality and turnaround time for the order. When the mugs arrived there were small number of damaged items, as they were at the end of each package I suspect careless handling . They were replaced very quickly and in plenty of time for my event. I would use Totally Branded again.

Have ordered branded Tote bags from here for a few years in a row and they do a brilliant job. Excellent quality bags too.

Great quality product with quick and efficient service.

We have the Northface Jackets ordered and delivered. As a part of the order, the vector artwork was supposed to be issued to us however, its been weeks of chasing withn absolutely no response. It's disappointing that what was otherwise a positive product experience has been overshadowed by such poor after-sales customer service.

Where to start...

I placed an order for branded hand sanitizer sprays in January. I needed these for an event. Several weeks after ordering, I still hadn't received them. I emailed and called several times, and never got a response. Only when I left a negative trustpilot review did they get back to me. They sent over the hand sanitizers (after the event happened, so it wasn't useful anymore), and offered what seemed like a sincere apology, so I deleted the review.

They promised to send other goodies as an apology. I was looking forward to this, but unsurprsingly, these never arrived. After the original order of hand sanitizers arrived, they had the audacity to ask for a good review.

I wish the communication and follow-through would have been better. Extremely disappointing, will not be orderingn from them again. And no, you won't bribe me again with free merch that doesn't arrive.
