Great service over the telephone
I telephoned to renew my contract and received first class service. Ehsan was very professional and made me feel like a valued customer.
It was a pleasure to do business with him because he made the process so easy.
I received confirmation of my renewal within seconds of putting the phone down. Very impressive.

My tracker was simple to set up and worked very well in my BMW. On the odd occasion I forgot the disc, I was called quickly to check the car was in my possession. Great peace of mind.

Helen well understood my dilemma at paying a 3 year subscription when it is possible that I may have to stop driving, due to age, well before 3 years is up. Consequently Helen proposed an 18 month deal as alternative which I accepted. Well done Helen.

cancelled my trackstar and am disgusted
Have just cancelled my trackstar as our motorhome has now been sold, and moving to caravan which doesn't have a tracker on it. Unfortunately only renewed trackstar in Dec as part of conditions for insurance. Think it's disgusting that you can only transfer your remaining subscription to another vehicle and no refund is given.

Trackstar experiences overall
I have had Trackstar on my vehicles for many years, with no complaints and excellent service.
Looking to have another device fitted to a new vehicle, which is on order and awaiting a delivery date. This is currently being dealt with by Helen Fisher, her customer service and various information being first class to date.
I look forward to liaising with Helen further, once I have concrete dates

I have had my motor home for over 3 years and learnt sooo much from Emily today.
I have had my motor home for over 3 years and never been able to find out who the tracker supplier is. I contacted Marquis and never had any help, today they even gave me a wrong number for you. Eventually got through and spoke to Emily, she was fantastic and noticed my email has been misspelt from day 1 and that is why I have never received any. She has now sent them all through and a certificate for my insures that I didn't know exsisted. Then she introduced me to the trackstar app. Thank you Emily, I want to adopt you.
