I contacted Trackstar to set up a new account having just changed my car.
The service I received from Tayla was excellent. She was exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional, and made the whole process extremely straightforward.

Trackstar App doesn’t know where the car is & loses the record of journeys
Installed 4 months on a new car
Last location is never updated
Numerous emails & calls made issue never fixed - total waste of money
They have now yet again confirmed they are still trying to fix issues with the app ( going on for months) & issued a “forced reset” however as always it has done nothing.
They also of course automatically shut down the support case - again in order to make their internal support stats look good & force people
to raise the issue as “new”.
I stand by my review.

This was a transfer from an existing account when we purchased the car from BMW Park Lane. Smooth transfer and staff were quick to respond and setup the new account in our name.

I have spent a few days trying to make contact with Trafficmaster Trackstar I own a car with a Jaguar Trackstar CAT5 fitted and want to find out if they can take it over.....not a peep other than a promise I will be contacted....not so! I have tried the Chat Line useless! I am now not sure if I should get Trackstar involved at all....it would be too late if I commit to Trackstar...will they be around if it's stolen!!!

I had purchased a new car with the same registration plate as my previous car. My email address and mobile number had also remained the same. This completely confused the Trackstar App when I tried to log in. I phoned Trackstar and was very fortunate to speak to Helen who knew immediately what had to be done. Firstly she talked me through, in real time, the updates I had to perform on my iPhone and then she reinstalled my details via her terminal. Everything now works. Thank you Helen for all your help and guidance. Much appreciated.

Helen was very polite and extremely helpful with dealing with our issue.

Had my trackstar for 5 weeks and had to cancel as sold my Motorhome due to poor health .
They refuse any type of refund and keep all the money even though they are no longer providing a service .
Do not purchase unless you are sure to be keeping your vehicle.
I have since had contact from trackstar and they have agreed to help in this matter .
Seemed such a shame as their service was so professional before we had to cancel .

Installed 6 years ago. Has tracked my car after theft and successful recovery. the location never updates! Ive had no response after emailing customer support.
Geofence does not work as ‘my location’ does not update. Only slight bit of hope that this is even working, The theft shows something must be working in the background.
There must be better trackers on the market. Check first.

I have nothing but praise for the Customer Support promoting and assisting TrackStar products. The Service is outstanding, prompt and driven by some amazing people. Since having a TrackStar fitted on my partner’s car there was an issue with Subscription details, Helen from TrackStar solved the problem in just a few minutes, something BMW Mini were unable to address. Thank you Helen, we are very pleased with your help and guidance.

Having just purchased a new car, it was fitted with a TrackStar. My previous vehicle’s TrackStar account was blocking the new subscription, and causing problems. Helen from TrackStar sorted the technical issues immediately, she was extremely helpful - and explained what had happened. I am, again, a very satisfied customer, and TrackStar should be pleased that her professional, calm approach has solved something BMW were unable to explain. Thank you…10/10+

Helen helped me out a few weeks when my old vehicle was written off and needed the old tracker stood down. I had a few issues with the new tracker in our replacement vehicle and Helen contacted me today, she persevered, not happy until she got us back up and running. Absolutely brilliant Service!
