New to the system and needed guidance and support using the IOS App.
Spoke with a chap called Ehsan who promptly answered my call. Very helpful and friendly person who was able to answer all my many questions. Very knowledgably about the system and explained in a clear and concise manor. Thank you Ehsan, top work!

Unfortunately my Tag does not get detected therefore every single journey I make I get a phone call from Tara.
Whilst the system is great, the resolution to my issue is poor. I’m getting fed up ofthe novelty

I had S5 Trackstar device fitted and it doesn't work
I had S5 Trackstar device fitted by the dealer. The app never shows any journeys. Driver tags are still showing as not registered. Location Never updates. Driven the vehicle without tag and no response from tracker company. Don't waste your money on this tracker!

Excellent support
Emily was incredibly helpful and patient enabling me to solve a technical problem and also renew. I have never had to use the service thankfully (as my car would have been stolen) but speaking with Emily meant I was able to maintain the service without any downtime.
