My mother is in her seventies and needed a walk in shower.
The adviser was great, reasonable price, the parts arrived on time as notified to us by Tradestyle Customer Service, the installation date was on time, again as notified by Tradestyle Customer Service and the fitter could not have been better.
Tradestyle did not put a foot wrong very impressive - well done.

Do not use these cowboys
So they’re supposed to be Tradestyle bathrooms. They’ve took all their signs away outside the warehouse because Tradestyle have conned that many people they’ve changed their name. It now says bathrooms direct outside but when you go in they’re calling theirselves nova bathrooms! Total embarrassment! What name you changing to next week? Still accepting bathrooms under Tradestyle though but if you get them to do your bathroom and they muck it up which they 100 percent will, they kid on Tradestyle doesn’t exist! Whoever it is that’s running the show do yourself a favour and get a new job because you’re absolutely useless and you must look for the best cowboys out there and the thickest of office staff and delivery drivers

Do not hire this company to do your bathroom! They did our bathroom back in October 2022 and ever since we have had nothing but problems. During the installation, they forgot to close the valve of on of the radiators, so the next morning when the heating came on, the bathroom on the second floor was flooded and it leaked all the way to the downstairs bathroom beneath it! After the installation, the shower kept leaking, the drain isnt working properly either and the quality is overally really bad! The leaking has now caused excessive mold under the shower tray and we will have to get fixed and spend a lot of money on it! The plumber (cowboy is a better word) didn’t care for our carpets and interior either, made the biggest mess and was even rude about it! If you want to save yourself money and hassle, go with someone else!
Edit: I will be starting a small claim. I suggest others do the same. I would also be happy to bring them to court if others are willing, too.

Bathroom fitted by sub contractors, and judging by quality of work, they could not have been qualified.
Shower Tray does not drain. Level is incorrect. After 1 week, water started coming up through the laminate floor they fitted. Don't know if it is coming from Toilet, Wash hand basin or shower. Been trying to contact them since late June, but they don't answer the phone or emails. Have now sent 2 recorded letters to them but no response. Have now decided that I am going to take them to Court. I dont care if it costs me more money, I just want to sort out these COWBOYS! I should have known, there is no such thing as a "Cheap Job".
IF YOU ARE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY, I WOULD JUST SAY"DONT"!

So after 3 weeks of the rubbish sitting outside my close on the street with all neighbours and council man complaining, I have had to pay myself someone to uplift all the old bathroom which has cost me £150, the price I paid for bathroom was including the uplift of old rubbish, I have tried calling the company no answer, Iv went to company address you have guys kidding on it’s not the same company and told me not there anymore

Saw their ad on Facebook,salesman named Shane Bennett visited &quoted a price,work agreed to start in March.What I paid for & what I got were completely different,seems “Shane” just orders what he thinks is ok.
What can I say about the installation team,”Diamond bathroom installations”,absolute clowns,certainly didn’t like it if we quieried anything.
Customer service is a joke,”Tracey” the receptionist doesn’t have a clue,then we have “Sean” the office manager,who clearly doesn’t understand the concept of customer service,very abusive & threatening over the phone.
My brand new heated towel rail hasn’t worked since the day it was installed,was told it would only work when the temperature dropped.
Silicone sealant around the bath all cracked after a few weeks.
Items which I paid for were removed from my house without my permission.
Outside wall was damaged by workers throwing old bath etc into the garden.
Installation clowns refused to provide a receipt after payment.
Matter is now in the hands of the court.
Lying,cheating low life’s.

Just cost me the best part of £500 for plumber to rectify and fix problems caused by non qualified contractors used by this company. Please don't get me wrong as I love my new bathroom but, some of the contractors are not qualified plumbers. I am now going to have to refit my kitchen due to the flooding problems caused by the contractors employed by tradestyle. Unless the contractors show you proof of their qualification, hunt them. My insurance company is now looking into compensation. Experience date is approximate.

The worst customer service ever. AVOID.

Got my bathroom installed in march. Phoned the nxt day to tell them I have no hot water and the finishing was falling off and sharp. They have installed the wrong shower. Asked for the receipt to take it back myself. No reply. Now we’re in middle of July and still not came out. Blocked me on Facebook won’t take my calls direct. Keep saying we will b out in 2 weeks. Then cancel on day. Contacted trading standards and Iv started my small claims precedings.

This company are an absolute disgrace. They don’t communicate, don’t answer phones, deal with any queries or issues after fitting and they also don’t collect your old bathroom. The positive reviews on here are written by staff, that I’m absolutely sure of. Don’t waste your time or money on this lot.

All went well through quote and installation stage. However, it's now almost a month since installation and we're still waiting on refuse collection of the old bathroom from our garden, a refund for some work that we agreed not to take place (swapping wc and whb) and fixing a scraped shower screen and bath (minor).
Aftersales is simply non existent! About as unprofessional as it comes in blanking completely all forms of communication hence the reviews here and elsewhere. Yes, they're cheap and installation is adequate if you're lucky by the looks of it but don't use these guys if you can afford not to.
Not one to disparage companies online unless it's really warranted but this is beyond a joke.

The finishing from this company's inexperienced contractors is terrible.edges falling off not enough sealer used.ceiling to wall sealing patchy.seals on radiator pipes going through floor not finished and gaps between panels.this is after tradesman lol.came back to deal with problems.not good enough.wife paid them in full cash before I checked it.

I wrote a review on here for in April. Work did not start on time, a 2 day fitting took 7 days due to installer constantly leaving my job, returning and leaving again. The finishings are a disgrace (photos to prove this) and I only have hot water coming from my wash hand basin, 2 holes in my wet wall, wrong size of shower tray arrived, not cover on one of my shower fittings and white mastic smudged and not applied correctly everywhere. I complained to the company however, aftercare service is a disgrace. I sent all the photos to prove the fitting was a disgrace, I heard once that someone would come out and no one got back to me after that.

They sent a reply to my review on here on 1st June asking me to email action at tradestyle uk (trust pilot wouldn’t allow a email address) for an immediate response to my complaint. I emailed and got a response however, twice I was asked my address and an installation manager would come and see me…ive not heard anything since 16th June.

They just keep saying someone will come out which they never do hoping you’ll just forget about it.

Please please do not use them!

WHAT A DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. DO NOT USE, AFTERCARE SERVICE IS DISGUSTING, BATHROOM FITTED IN APRIL, TOILET SEAT WAS CRACKED NEEDED NEW ONE STILL WAITING 3/7/23, SHOWER NO HOT WATER NEED A NEW ONE, PHONED CONTINOUSLY AND LEFT MY CALLS TO ANSWER MACHINE. CUSTOMER SERVICES RUBBISH

Delivered wrong bathroom cabinet, extractor fan was screeching. they also left me with a leaking pipe for a week. Got correct cabinet within a week but about 3 months later and several e-mails now getting ignored cabinet is still not fitted. Avoid this company.

Nothing was too much trouble for Tradestyle Bathrooms, their sales person helped me with the design and the installation went smoothly. Delighted with the result.

Customer service is nothing short of a disgrace, been waiting 6 weeks for a bathroom uplift. Told I would be contacted and have yet to have been done so. Also waiting on a response about issues we have had with the bathroom. Not interested in helping once they have taken your money. Would highly NOT recommend using this company.

Ordered a bathroom from this company, the sales guy, Jack was good, and sorted me a good price, taking a £100 deposit. The date was set for fitting, and a week before, the calls started, "I'm sorry, but the bath you ordered is too expensive, we have to add a £500 premium on the quote!'. Obviously, I was a bit puzzled, as the sales guy had contacted the head office and authorised my bathroom quote, and now it was being changed. They then said a new survey was to be done, at which point I called a halt to the proceedings, as it was obvious that even more money was going to be added!.
I cancelled, but you can be sure I won't see my deposit again.
Please avoid this company like the plague.
