Do not touch this company false promises stuff missing ignore calls after paying 11500 pound for two bathrooms still waiting for jobs finished in mine two weeks later started my son's 8 days ago no show today absolutely shocking this firm are told us Mon no show or you are booked in for wed no show the manager came out said oh the lad said he started your job that's a no promises Thurs they did turn up now I'm left with a shower that's either scalding hot or freezing cold and my full boiler boxed in which if it goes wrong I can't get to it just don't listen once Andrew got the sale the stuff was delivered they got there money they are just not interested so the choice is up to use I fell for it

So much for their new dedicated customer service. Just as bad as the rest of them. Still getting fobbed off and no progress. Shambolic.

Have to say I am delighted with my new shower room. However, we have just realised that what we thought was a dirty mark on the top landing carpet is actually the result of a leak. If the owners of this company monitor the comments, what are you going to do about this? Also can you say why you don't employ qualified plumbers to do the work.

Tradestyle bathrooms they should be shut down . Never had experienced the incompetency of a company like this before . Contracted them for a new bathroom and from the moment they arrived it was a S..t show from start to finish . Wont take my calls never came back to finish the job left me with incomplete bathroom flooded my house as they never shut water off floor laid uneven edgings all short shower fell off wall doors to shower not fitted correctly toilet wrong size damage to wet wall sink not fitted at all had to get another company to do the job. They took my money and left me with a bathroom like a bomb shelter . Ignoring letters and calls we are now 6 months down the line and the anxiety from this I have now given up and will be saving for a replacement bathroom as the promises they made were all broken . I don’t even think the plumber snd fitter are proper tradesman they are an absolute joke . I have tried not to bad mouth them to see if they would sort it out but they just dont care .So even one star is to much 🤯🤬🤬🤬

Absolutely brilliant service delivered. New bathroom marvellous. Guys arrived on Monday morning and were finished Tuesday at 5pm. Everything we ordered was delivered as promised and old bathroom rubbish was collected the next day. Guys even hoovered up after they were done. Great value for money, beautiful finish. Would highly recommend this company.

Tradestyle don't even deserve a single star.
There marketing team (sean) promise high quality standard and services. but completely failed to deliver it.
During bathroom installation, they change the product. I asked for different style shower screen, and they gave something else. Upon asking they said you order it and we can refund the amount. Till date no sign of return. they don't even pick up the call.

After bathroom installation, toilet seat hinge got completely loosen, upon asking them to come and fix, they says they do not have plumber available to come and look upon the issue.

They even failed to provide complete bill for the work carryout.

Started off well with friendly guy who dropped off all my stuff on the Friday, another lovely guy Scott came and started fitting my bathroom on the Monday and who done a great job, finished on the Thursday and I emailed, as stated for waste uplift on the Friday but its all went downhill with the waste uplift. Now waiting into my third week and still no uplift even though I was assured it would be picked up firstly before the following Friday, then by the next Friday, then the following Tuesday and now apparently when I phoned they have no paperwork for to collect any waste from me. Now I've been told it will be picked up within seven days which will be going into my fourth week with having bathroom waste still lying in my front garden with the grass so overgrown I'm going to have to pay someone to cut it as I have rheumatoid arthritis and I won't manage it. I'm really disappointed with this as I fully intended on giving this company 5 star review but the waste uplift and terrible customer service has lowered my ratings 😪😡

Over 3 weeks and still not collection my old bathroom from outside my house. Danger to the kids who can’t play at the side of the house with glass etc. Been chasing for weeks, customer service poor. Surveyor couldn’t even get the sizes correct so when the fitters went to start, the bathroom layout had to be changed and altered. The only saving grace was the team who fitted the bathroom and I’ve heard they have since left, not surprised.
To top it all off the feefo reviews are being left by themselves!!? Review using my bathroom picture by some random person giving them 5 stars….
If the rubbish isn’t collected this week I will personally deliver it to your office door and see how quick you can move it then.

Our bathrooms was finished yesterday and the guys have done a great job. From the first phone call everything has went according to plan. Thanks to Michael our sales guy and Sam our fitter.

I spoke to a lovely lady called Sharon, who joined the company very recently dealing with customer care. Although Pump didn't materialise, I was issued a refund to the value of the pump they would have fitted. Which I gratefully accepted.
The fitters are excellent, quick, clean and efficient.
As long as this company gets it customer care in order (which I believe Sharon will) the have a chance. Sadly because of the first experience it has left me with a bad taste in my mouth, so wouldn't use them again. But I do wish them well.
Not ready to update on pump and flange....Still waiting......hoping to hear from them today 12/06/2023

Then it ALL GOES DOWNHILL.
AFTERCARE IS SHOCKING.
I have been waiting 2 weeks for old bathroom to be collected from my front door (disgrace)
Still waiting on correct size towel rail to be delivered and pump to increase pressure in shower. Not even a call back....so twice a day calls about to start.

Still waiting on old bathroom being collected daily promises failing, call backs never happening, oh expect Tracy on Friday - I believe to be delivering just false promises as still in my front garden. Still missing my correct size towel rail, still missing my pump for water pressure.
My husbands 60th Birthday party now taking place elsewhere...how can I have people round with that mess in my front garden - YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT OF A COMPANY

And today 5th June failed to receive promised call back, now told will be tomorrow absolute shambles, surprised they have a business left.

Where do I begin.....
Initial enquiry to delivery of materials was 👌 then it all fell apart.
On the day the bathroom was booked to start (Wed) I had ZERO contact and no fitter arrives. Bearing in mind I had taken 3 days off work for this to be done, I then had to chase them on the phone and when I eventually got through I was given some story about the fitter taken ill(?) And they could only apologise for the inconvenience and the job would start the following Monday. My partner then took the next 3 days off but the fitter turned up on the mo day checked the materialsand then said he would start Tuesday....Tuesday cane and the fitter txt to say he can't do the job and to contact TRADESTYLE.
Again they were not helpful giving more storys that the fitters car had broken down and when I asked for them to collect materials and refund me I was advised someone would be with me Wednesday and they would call back to confirm. My partner then took the rest of the week off work and surprise surprise no phone call, no fitter and heard nothing again from them. I then organised my own fitter before eventually getting a call on Friday night advising from a fitter. Too late!

I would not recommend these people, DONT USE TRADESTYLE! ONLY INTERESTED IN YOUR MONEY , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, LEAVE YOU WAITING IN FOR A FITTER WHO NEVER COMES, NEVER PROVIDED WITH PAPERWORK AS PROMISED OR UPDATES!. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!

Sent several emails on the email address provided below and left several more messages but to date not had any contact at all. Your dedicated customer service manager seems not to exist and now neither does your company.

Definitely the worst company in Scotland. They use sub-contractors who do an appalling job. When you get in touch with the office you are fobbed off with false promises and lies. They promise to sort things but never do. Take your business elsewhere and avoid this bunch of cowboys.

Don't believe the numerous positive reviews you see. They’re not credible and probably written by employees or possibly bots by the way they are written.
This 'company' is no more than a collection of people who have no system to organise anything or pass on any information. There’s no specific person to contact and no one takes any responsibility or accountability.
We just had a bathroom installed through sheer determination and our own time, rather than any kind of service provided.
Upon delivery half of the bathroom products we‘d picked were wrong or missing (wrong bath, wrong lights, wrong toilet, missing fittings, no extractor fan etc). The guys who deliver it have no clue what’s going on and told us we had to pay for the goods even though a lot of it was wrong and they had to return it. We reluctantly did as we were up against it time wise and were told the rest of the items would be there the next day. Roll on the next day and no sign of it. Phoned the 'office' and were told the items would be there before the fitters arrived. They were due to arrive the next day and it looked like we would be delayed. Turns out tradestyle hadn't booked the fitters anyway so they turned up a day later than expected. I have to say that the fitters were good and did the best with what they were provided so can't fault them. They just get a text in the morning and told where to fit the bathroom with no prior details so I felt quite sorry for them.
Fitting day: we were told that the wet wall we picked could be fitted landscape but the fitter advised that wasn't the case and we could either fit it vertical or choose another wet wall. Phoned the office and again couldn't get in contact with anyone. Finally, the fitter phoned Andy at the warehouse and said we need new wet wall immediately to prevent a delay as they wouldn't be able to finish the job without it and they were on to another job on the Monday. Was told it wasn't possible to get the wet wall even by the next morning. I ended up having take time off to drive over the the office myself and load up the goods (there were also ceiling panels required and extra flooring).
The new wetwall then needed replaced as the batch we were given was two different colours so yet another delay. Had to wait until the next morning to get new wet wall replaced (even though we were told this wasn't possible an hour before - waste of a journey for me).
The floor needed plywood which tradestyle hadn't accounted for so the fitters had to go and get this and fit it at an extra cost. This should have been taken into account when measuring up at the initial visit, not the fitters fault!
The fitters had to work the whole of the Saturday due to all of the delays which was good of them, but we had to move plans to accomodate this.
The bathroom is now fitted but I would not recommend this company in any way, shape or form. It's the worst experience I've ever had with any company of any kind.
We now still have the old bathroom and waste sitting in the front garden and even though we followed the instructions on the completion form (not worth the paper it's written on) it's been 9 days with the old bathroom sitting outside. Despite and email and 2 phone calls to the office I'm still no further forward in understanding when (or if) this will ever be picked up.
We've had no contact from the company at all unless we phone them, and even then it's just standard responses you get from the guy on the phone. No help, no answers and quite frankly the worst customer service I’ve experienced.
Edit: they never turned up to collect the old bathroom and rubbish after more than two weeks so had to take it to the dump myself which was a large effort and a lot of time. I repeat.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Update: over 3 weeks since install and no one has come to pick up the rubbish/old bathroom. I also emailed the customer service email address with my concerns and asking for them to be addressed, plus a refund for my time wasted and terrible service and no reply.
Update 7th june: still no reply to my email sent 6 days ago. Still no word about rubbish collection. As far as they're aware it's still sitting out there.
Update 9th June: still no reply to my email despite being told I'd get immediate response and course of action in the company's reply below this review. Also forgot to mention that they say "if you're unhappy you can leave a review on Facebook" but when you do they instantly block you
Update 15th June: sent a follow up email to the email address provided asking for a reply to my email sent on 1st June.
Update 28th June: received a reply on 15th June advising my email would be passed on. Haven't received anything further
Update 15th Aug: website doesn't exist now. They must be away fleecing people under a new name (nova bathrooms?).
I've had to repair the sink, toilet and bath to stop them leaking. That's 3 out of 3

Absolute shambles of a company. Had to give 1 star in order to comment but they don’t deserve any. The radiator is falling of the wall and because of this the wallboards are all cracked. The lights are faulty and not working properly, the wallboards are faded, my list goes on! I have serious doubts as to to whether the person who installed our bathroom was even qualified to do the electrical work. After emailing and sending messages everyday the company have now blocked me. On one occasion my husband spoke to a man Sean. Absolutely vile man, the way he spoke to my husband was shocking and point blank refused to help. I’m sure we dealt with this man at the beginning but obviously once money was handed over his attitude changed. I’ve never had to complain so badly about a company before but if your even considering getting a bathroom here DONT DO IT!!

Don’t go near this company . In April I decided to get a bathroom and decided to go with this company as they had all good reviews on their Facebook page. Robert came out to my house on the 4 th April and measured up . We choose from the samples and agreed a price . We paid £100 deposit and thought that’s would be it until the fitting date in august . I got a call from Sean to ask if we could bring the installation forward and I asked why he said there was an opening but unfortunately I didn’t have the money together at that time .last week we had the money together and I messaged to ask if someone could contact me regarding my booking . They weren’t answering the phones . Someone replied and said they would get back to me tomorrow . I waited a few days and no reply . I messaged again they read it and didn’t reply . I put a message on their Facebook page and said if someone was going to contact me that I have tried a few times to get someone to call me and no reply . But this time they completely blocked me their page . I have tried calling and calling and no reply . I messaged the man Robert who took the booking and deposit and he said he would contact Sean and get back to me . He didn’t I then changed my email address and emailed him and he said he doesn’t work there anymore and that he isn’t allowed to talk to customers . Today he called me at work after telling me he doesnt Work there and can’t talk to me . so at the moment I am £100 down and not really spoke to anyone regarding the situation. I am in contact with my bank and a fraud team to try and get the deposit back . After putting a post on fb Scotland scammers page I am now glad it didn’t go ahead .

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
If I could give zero stars I would. Our bathroom was fitted in November 2021. It was very last on a Friday night when they finished after three days work. There were a couple of issues noticed immediately and they assured us these would be sorted the following week. The next day we noticed things we had missed or didn’t notice like the shower screen leaking as we couldn’t use the bathroom till the following day as per their instructions. Weeks/months went by with us messaging, emailing and phoning with no replies or fobbing us off. Eventually after me posting on their Facebook (where they blocked me) they responded and said they would speak to us if we stopped this. In April 2022 two fitters came out to supposedly sort all the issues including replacing wet wall (which they had cut short), new shower screen (water flooding every time we use it), flooring as the tiles were coming up, ceiling they had patched as we didn’t know they had longer lengths they could have used, etc. They replaced the damaged panel on the toilet which we complained about on the second day and they put silver finishes on rack corner which wasn’t anything we complained about. He again left saying he would be back the following week to finish but never. During that visit they damaged the new bath which again we didn’t notice as it hadn’t been an issue. They replaced some of the ceiling but not all and he made excuses about the wet wall and flooring. He also said he didn’t know about the shower screen and would need to order one. We contacted the manager who said he had been told the job was finished which my husband told him it was not. Never heard a thing since. We have started a small claims but came back as they moved from Clydebank. We now have a new address and the directors name. All we want now is our money back to get the bathroom we paid for. I could add pictures or a video to prove this. We also paid for the rubbish to be taken away and they only took half away and my husband had to remove the rest.

Started off great, booked in for a no obligation quote. One of the men came out to my house took measurements and gave a price. Decided to go ahead, got booked in for a date. Paid my £100 deposit and was awaiting delivery of products. About 5 days before someone contacted me to say the price was wrong and it was £500 more. I wasn't happy about this as the same man who contacted me (sean) had spoken with the man who was in my house taking the measurements to agree they could do that price to which sean confirmed (I heard this myself as the phone was loud). I then said if the price couldn't be done as agreed I would like to cancel as it wasnt what I agreed on and could get it done at these prices elsewere also. After this all communication dropped, I phoned and emailed numerous times to get my deposit back and no reply. I have contacted my credit card company and they are going to raise a dispute. The deposit is supposed to be refundable anyway but especially in the circumstances that it was the companys fault for raising the cost unexpectedly I do not understand why they refuse to refund £100 deposit due to this I would avoid. However this being said the man who came out was lovely and I understand he has no part in the deposit side of things. I got my bathroom done in the end by another company who done it for less than tradestyle with the exact same products, so all in all was a win for me in the end. ☺️
