I’m over the moon with my install from start to finish. Shane attended my property and we were impressed by his knowledge and suggestions. The finished product was better than we could’ve hoped for as well. I’ll be getting the team in to look at my downstairs bathroom when I’m ready as wel.

You workforce are so caring and respectful, everything was done to high standard - we are delighted with our bathroom, which has been well admired

Very poor service. Leaking issues. Shower can no longer be used as its constantly burning hot regardless of where you set temp. Damaged brand new dining table during fitting process. Wrong parts delivered. Rubbish only half picked up. Multiple issues during fitment process. Avoid!

24 emails over 2 months before someone came to see the carnage that had been 'installed' total joke!

very poor service, no management involvement, they leave it to customer service, either way, ignored, small claims seems to be the way forward as trading standards also now involved. had to put one star but really , should be none

Got a new bathroom 3 weeks ago. Really happy with it. They took just under 4 day to install it. The workmen were respectful and always tidied up every day. I woukd def recommend them. Thanks

Avoid this company.

Very Very bad to deal with, do not be tempted by their sales gimmicks. We were and paid the price.
You do not get anything near what they promised.
Like others we made many phone calls about leaks, mastic failing, poorly finished pluming etc, and looking for a refund for extra work we paid for that they didn’t do.
After many promises to fix things out and nothing happening, I eventually threatened to appear at there offices to sort things out face to face.
The next day they sent out a lad to look at the leaking radiator, he informed me after causing more problems that he was in fact a painter and decorator but ‘I have fitted bathrooms before’ this says it all.
Eventually after a heated exchange on the phone, their insulation manager came to try and fix these issues.
We are now so concerned about the standard of the plumbing we are getting an independent plumber into check it all (more money) this will require the removal of the new wall panels.
Avoid this company

Terrible, stay away, believe me You no want that mess even for free,
Everything run wrong from beginning to the end, even got flooding, useless, don't even think about Your rubbish gonna be pick up, one star, no option to give zero unfortunately,
This company should be put on court and banned forever....

Do not touch this company with a barge pole was overcharged £105 which they have not returned & 5 weeks later they still have not picked up the old bathroom suite & rubbish don't answer phone calls anymore total cowboy company that delete folks negative reviews on their website.

If I could give this company no stars I would as that's what they deserve. Shambles of a company. U have to pay for the parts when delivered. Nearly every part was either wrong or missing. Some twice. Some parts didn't even arrive & the fitter had to buy. Lied from the start. Nobody calls you to explain anything. Cannot fault the fitter as they are sub contractors. He was told the missing parts would be fitted. No they weren't nobody seemed to give me an answer when they didn't turn up. Didn't know where they were. Fitted bought them himself & fitted. Don't expect your rubbish to be collected any time soon. 10 days since bathroom finished & I have lost count how many calls I have made. They finally came out today. Picked up some of it but left the bath filled with tiles. More calls still no date for this to be collected. Stay well clear of this company if you have any sense

Got a survey and quote all went well, upon scheduling an install all good. On the day before install the excuses started to come, you have to pay for materials before they arrive. Not accept card payment, must be by bank transfer (no redress). The following working day, no materials arrived and all 4 installers called in sick. Scheduled another install date, materials arrived some were missing, others were wrong. Installers should have been here before 10am, no phone calls, emailed in afternoon to say their van broke down, no new install date.
Always needs prompted for information, none freely given. Constant delays and errors.
