TG products are always lovely, I am a regular returning customer. My last order disappeared in transit when in the hands of the delivery company, I informed TG who promptly sent out a replacement parcel, excellent service, thank you. Items received and already being enjoyed.

I purchased a True Grace rosemary & eucalyptus diffuser about 6 months ago from my local stockist. About 2 months ago, we started looking for an oil refill yet both the local shop and the TG website have been out of stock. The shop says they’ve been trying to get stock for months but have failed on countless occasions despite trying, and I’m not inclined to pay an extra £20 just for a new bottle. I’ll be looking for an alternative elsewhere 🙄

[EDIT following reply from retailer which is frankly a lot of nonsense; my local supplier has been having issues getting various items restocked by TG … for months. “They are hopeless” was the last thing I was told in the shop!]

I’ve been buying True Grace products for years, I’ve tried others but always return to TG.
Company is based in UK and items are made here so it feels good to support them especially as their products have never let me down.
Ordering online is simple and delivery is pretty fast and always well packed.
I recommend them whenever I can, they offer beautiful candles and diffusers which I feel are reasonably priced, not the cheapest maybe but the quality is absolutely worth it and my home always smells divine!
They also offer sample cards so that you can try out a fragrance before you buy it which is the perfect way to find your favourite.
My absolute favourite home fragrance company by far, long may they continue to carry their beautiful company and original ethos forward!
