Constantly Excellent
My experience of True Grace has been totally excellent and over many months now. The room diffusers are the very best quality I have ever used. The fragrances are beautiful, varied and all have a long lasting aroma. Service and delivery is prompt.

Scents are natural and beautiful. They have a strong carry thoughout the room. Excellent fragrance and service.

I had problems with using the offer on…
I had problems with using the offer on the site. I sent an email but to the wrong address. I realised this after the offer had expired. I sent a copy of my original email to the right email address and I was allowed to make my purchases at the offer price! Very pleased indeed.

I haven’t received my package of True…
I haven’t received my package of True Grace diffuser oil. You took payment of £75 on Monday 23rd February. I have been at home every day so I’m not sure why there has been a delay with the delivery.
If your delivery company can’t deliver it to me, please will you refund me the £75. I’m disabled and unable to drive to a pick up point.
