Bought front and rear to fit a sedan for $299. Not as good as they appear in the advertisement. No customer contact by phone although they will reply to email posts after a while. Tracking number is not worth having as 7 days later it said product ready for dispatch (again). It arrived about a week after that. Fitting instructions are nonsense and no fitting straps supplied. Rear seat covers come in 6 pieces with centres just fitted with velcro to provide universal fit. Sides and top of back seats not covered (unlike pictures). I should have read the reviews first.

I have been scammed product came from China not Australia been ripped off 500 NZ dollars. Not happy they use a fake website to scam money out of you. Seat covers turned up were shit not custom made at all. Pack of mongrels what goes around comes around

DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING FROM TRUNKI!!!!Daughter lost over $600 by ordering seat covers and mats for her 7 seater Prado. Order came in so many different deliveries. NO HARDWARE to fit seat covers. They sent 2 lots of the middle row. The back row is totally different to the middle row so they are useless. Mats are definitely not for this model. PayPal WILL NOT cover the transaction. Trunk will stop all contact when you request a refund. VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNT.

Do not order - will not receive order - lost $299 for Trunki store car seats - when seeking help you go around and around with no help about tracking

I brought car seat covers months ago.. I still havent received them and no emails no contact. I have been scammed don’t buy this product.

Awful! Totally scammed. Wish I read the reviews prior to wasting my money. Trying to get it refunded but DO NOT PURCHASE!! Four weeks on, no car seat covers, minimal communication, tracking number doesn't work, extremely terrible customer service.

I have been lied to for almost a month now. I ordered the black and grey and they haven't been sent. DO NOT GET SCAMMED. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER. They robbed me for almost 300 dollars

These guys are very unprofessional. No order confirmation. No ETA. Dont buy from this merchant.

Only recieved half of fitting instructions. Head rest cover is sloppy and loose would never buy again what a waste of money.

They advertise design to fit like a glove make and model. I gave them excat details and got the excuses they are universal fit. They don't fit my car They even put a Holden badge on. The seat cover when they were told it was a Toyota.
Bullshit advertising

Wish i had seen the Reviews here before i purchased the full 3 Row Set of Black/Grey Seat Covers.
Order arrived almost 3 weeks after order placed.
Front row are the colour ordered & full fitting seat covers but not compatible for my vented front seats as advertised.
2nd & 3rd row seat covers plain black & not Black/Grey as ordered.
Also they are just loose fitting & just flaps with staps (not full fitting)
This is not mentioned on their Website with regards to 2nd & 3rd row seat covers.
Have emailed Trunkistore many times with photos & have had some poor responses & also no responses.
When emails are responded to, they seem to be sent after hours between 8pm onwards to 11pm.
i believe they are on offshore business & not based in Australia as advertised on the Website.
Will be submitting a complaint with photos to the ACCC.
Buyer Beware & Do Not Purchase From This Business.

Product is even close to as described it's not a seat cover!!!!!!! for 2nd and 3rd rows but merely a front cover pad. Very miss leading information I wouldn't waste my time or money. They also won't accept a return of products for misleading advertising.

Absolutely the worst total SCAM advertise products that are not what they sell emailed them they won’t refund unused covers and once I started replying on there social media they block you on all platforms

They claim on the for that they are made to fit your vehicle, but when they don't (and they most likely won't), they will tell you that they are "universal". I threw almost$250 down the drain. I contacted the Australian Better Business bureaub equivalent as well as the one here in the States. My bank is investigating them now as well, also. They shouldn't be allowed to conduct ANY kind of business.

Placed one order before Christmas 2025. Today Friday 6/2/26 not arrived, not received.
Texts sent. No reply. No response.

I brought car seat covers from this company and got them, installed them. Not even two months later they are falling apart certainly not worth the $280.00 I spent. Would not purchase again.

Ordered car seat covers, in between them arriving I purchased a new car. Called the number listed, not connected. Emailed more than 3 times, not a word back. Trying to get a refund, not looking good!
Stay away from them!

Bought seats covers that don't look anything like whats described or pictures on the website.

Quality wise would appear to have been a better option to have bought something off super cheap or alike

Don’t buy anything from Trunki seat cover please because I bought seats cover but unfortunately I choose black and red color but they sends totally different think.very disappointed even in website they provide number but it doesn’t work.
