I use TrustonTap quite a lot and they are regularly and reliably helpful, both the drivers and the office. It;s been a great discovery and I keep on finding new things they can do to help me.

Very helpful and caring, arrives when promised

Gives the impression of being an efficient, well administered Organisation in my experience to date. My only constructive criticism is the latest change of appearance of the Invoice. Previously, the exact dates of service were listed. Now it just says - "Care Charges: Mon, Date/Month/Year - Sun, Date/Month/Year". Of course, the old detailed listing of exact dates, is my subjective preference. Surely it may not be impossible to list exact Service dates in a 7 day period.

My carer is very kind and helpful.

Trustontap are a really great company to work for .
You are offered lots of varying positions on a weekly basis with a simple yes or no reply as to whether you are interested /available or not .
If you experience any difficulties or queries , the team are easy to get in touch with and the problem is quickly sorted out for you .
You are kept up to date with what's happening by a regular newsletter which is always a good , informative read .

I love working for TrustonTap because it allows me to work when I want but I don't get much work as I would like.

Trustontap were very helpful in setting up a suitable PA to assist with the live-in carer’s leave entitlement. To date this seems to be working very well and both carers and my sister are happy with the current arrangements.

From our first approach ,Trust on Tap has been prompt in answering our questions and helping us to find a carer who matches our particular situation . Michael the carer is kind , sensitive, reliable and uses his time with us very efficiently .My husband is very happy .

This is just regarding my current carer. She is kind, very caring, trustworthy, helpful and I wouldn't like to be without her. I also find your Friday Email helpful. Can't think of anything negative about TrustonTap.

Freedom to work the times and placements you want. Support when you need it. Easy to use portal for timesheets/wages. Good pay rate. Trust On Tap appreciate the work carers do.

Working with ToT has greatly improved my way of working with individuals who need my support. I greatly love the support and the service ToT provides not only to staff but mostly care recipients.
I have no words to thank ToT for great service they provide to care recipients.

I think trustontap is great there is always someone on the end of the phone to talk to for advice also the training they provide is amazing I’m so happy I joined I was nervous to go self employed but they have help make the transition run smoothly

The service I have received from Oxfordshire trust on tap has been outstanding. I’m a vulnerable young adult with long standing learning disabilities and mental health and reached out to trust on tap to find myself some support and I was luckily put in contact with Emily from Oxfordshire trust on tap, she has been amazing throughout. Kind, helpful, patient, caring and goes above and beyond to try and facilitate my needs and get me the help I need, we have now found me a PA who im looking forward to working with and getting the support I need. I highly recommend TOT as a service if you or a family member need your support needs met.

Beware the skills the carers have on their profiles are not true. Many are inexperienced and untrained. Carers are unreliable giving less than 24 hours notice that they do not wish to come-not due to illness or family emergency, just that they have "other things to do". You agree times that the carers will come and they then turn up when they wish to. The agency washes their hands of you once they have introduced you to a carer, if the carer breaks their contract they don't want to know. In reply to the double handling issue his NHS carers and occupational therapists review two weeks ago did not state the need for double handling. This was the view of one untrained carer who tried to get my father to transfer to a wheelchair that did not have the wheels locked and seemed unaware that they should be. Luckily I was there at the time to grab the chair otherwise there could have been an accident. We did luck out on 2 carers introduced to us who both had to stop caring for for my father due to family commitments giving appropriate notice in one case after caring for my relative for some months. The others sadly were great at cooking and chatting but were not trained to provide personal care, even though it was listed on their profiles.

So far, so good- indeed very good. Staff have been considerate, flexible and helpful in responding to changing circumstances.
