A bit crafty to say the least
Started off okay delivering the correct cat litter and quantity, but later on they were listing cat litter on their website as 30 litres, but when I received it I found that it was only 25 litres and more expensive.
I questioned it via email to them but they never replied, consequently I now shop elsewhere.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. My two most recent orders for pet food from Trusty Pet Supplies were both missing part of the order, despite full payment having been taken at checkout. The first incomplete order arrived four weeks ago and despite contacting the help mailbox, I am yet to receive an update on when the missing items will be received. I have now today received only 2 boxes of a 6 box order, with a note inside to say the remaining 4 boxes will follow. Again, full payment was taken at checkout and given my previous experience of no follow through on a missing order, I am not optimistic that the missing part of this order will ever be received. 'Trusty' is clearly not so 'Trusty' and will never be used again.

We’re genuinely very sorry to read this and completely understand your frustration, this is not the experience we want any customer to have.
Having looked into your account, we can see you’ve placed 15+ orders with us since 2024 without any prior issues, which makes this recent experience all the more disappointing for both you and us. Unfortunately, we’ve had some teething problems with a new stock system, particularly affecting subscription orders, and it’s clear this has impacted your last two deliveries.
We also want to reassure you that your emails have not been ignored, the owner has personally responded and is actively working to resolve the missing items for you. That said, we fully appreciate that delays and partial deliveries, especially after full payment are unacceptable.
Please be assured that the remaining items from your most recent order are being arranged as a priority, and we are closely reviewing what went wrong to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and loss of trust this has caused. If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate the chance to put this right for you.
