Ad appeared on my computer and after reading I was excited to order and receive my Torqueball as I've been having some hand issues after turning 78.
Ordering was easy and without any issues and I feel anything my wife and I can do to keep our bodies and mind sharp is well worth the investment.

I am sorry I reviewed the ordering procedure. Unfortunately, Torqueball was a scam. The item I received was not as pictured online. It does not work at all and is a waste of money. Customer service for Torqueball was unresponsive. No one answers the phone and the only email response was the computer response "Someone will get back to you." It's definitely a "lesson learned" experience.
The Austin address is also fake. I apologize for my initial review.

Ordering was quick and easy. I don't know whether the Torqueball will work, but there is a money-back guarantee. It sounds like a safe investment to me and if it helps at all it is a GREAT investment.

Hard to rate before my order arrives.

Well, so far, I like what I’m reading. Everything written here was very clear and seemed like a true story and it is mirroring what we are feeling as we age. I am hoping that this ball is an answer to our prayer.

Although I haven’t tried the product my confidence in aiding mom of her memory loss that’s just starting is a priority.
