I loved reading the story of the founder and his dad and it made it very clear that this was a product that I needed for myself and for my husband I am beginning to feel like my memory is not what it used to be. I’m 72 and my husband is 76 and he has Parkinson’s so I feel like this product will be very helpful to both of us and that’s why I ordered two thank you so much. I ordered Torqueball around Feb 11 after confirming on order sheet that it was in stock; in a couple of days company said the Torqueball was shipped from a China plant to a port with expected delivery over two months later. Don't they have stock in the US and don't they ship by airmail? Around Mar 11 it arrived in a package mailed from Chicago. I had noticed that they offered one month of video training for free, after which they would charge $39.99 per month, so I canceled that right away, before the Torqueball even arrived. Yet they have charged me twice, both of which were disputed via my Visa card. It is hard to get the gyrations started for users with frail hands and fingers, so we have not even used it yet. Having my hopes raised by the promo videos proclaiming ease of use and great recovery in grip, I am very disappointed with both the product and the company.

Plus, my own knowledge and research indicates that hand strengthen dexterity due, indeed add to cognitive as well as physical flexibility. And the guarantee for money back if not satisfied was a big plus.

I'm hoping to give my sister in law one. She is 88 and now the memories seem dulled. She has always done things eith her hands took car of a son with MD for tears took care of her husband many years now just herself. I hope it brings her out of the depression or fog she has lately.

Just received the Torque Balls. Don't know yet how much they are helping. But very put off by an extra $39.99 charge on my credit card for Dr. Evans' Hands for Life Academy, which I did not agree to. The company said it was added as a 7-day trial period, and then they started billing. I never received that email, was not informed, did not check the box that said "Email me with news and offers", and I still ended up with the $39.99 charge. I argued that I did no agree to the subscription during my initial TorqueBall order process. It really bothers me how they get away with charging an additional subscription even without my agreeing to it. If I had known how they do business, I would have gone looking at yard sales also for these TorqueBalls. I do not appreciate companies with questionable business practices like this.

Not received anything yet, but easy to order

I really appreciated learning about the story behind the TorqueBall. My father had dementia and passed away five years ago at the age of 85. My mother, now 91, was diagnosed four years ago and is still living at home. She stays very active with her hands, and I truly believe that’s helping her continue to do as well as she is.
I’ve ordered two TorqueBalls—one for her and one for myself. At 56, I know I may have a higher risk of developing this condition, so I’m trying to be proactive. I feel both excited and hopeful that using this regularly might support long-term health and longevity.

Company did not respond to me and did not help resolve my order issues nor honor their advertising promises.
I tried to return products for their promised full refund within 90 days without receiving a clear response.
They did not answer their phone.
I’m very disappointed and would never recommend them or their product.

You did NOT make me watch a video to learn about your product; I could scroll down and back up as often as needed. I am interested because the arthritis has started to show up in some of the knuckles of one of my hands, Also, my father's hands were crippled by arthritis, so I want to give this a try. Thank you for your presentation.

Customer service does not reply to ability to return device. So much for "no hassle returns"
Charge you for the Dr. Evans materials before you receive the device and then tell you it's a 7-day trial when ad says it's free.

Find the product interesting and hope it will help my wife and me both in our mid 80’s without any cognitive problems but want to keep it that way and perhaps help my wife’s mobility. Just hate the constant upselling you do here though.
