Ordered as a Christmas gift. Shipping delayed, I tried to cancel the order. Delivered after Christmas. Repeatedly tried to contact the company and always immediately received a return (BOT) email saying they'd contact me within 2 business days. They never contacted me. Also, the ball didn't work because it didn't "wind-up". These people are total grifters. Don't waste your time or money on these things.
