I recently ordered a Torqueball from the online magazine ad from US Medicine Today. Evidently I actually ordered it from Best Online Offers.
I've given 2 stars because the ball arrived broken and did not have the Torqueball imprinted on the black band around it.
I've been in conversation with them by email. I asked for a refund in the beginning. They said they would send another, but the first one took a very long time to arrive, so I replied that I would just rather have a refund of my $69. Their next email said they would give a 50% refund. I replied that after thinking about it, I would accept their first offer of a replacement ball. Their reply to that email was an offer of a 75% refund of my $69. Reluctantly I agreed that I would accept the 75% refund and I wouldn't have to return the broken ball. I'm not actually satisfied with this agreement, but I'm ready to take a loss of some of my money to end this. I have received an email saying my refund has been issued.

I ordered 2 torqueballs. Then come to find out they charged me for a subscription. I was unaware that there was a subscription attached that had to be cancelled within 7 days. This has happened to many people, telling me that they are not making it explicitly clear that there is a deadline invisible string attached to the purchase. They are obviously are not making it clear. I never even saw an email about it until they told me to look for it in my emails. They are refusing to issue a refund for the crazy amount of $134.93. I used non of this service, nor did I know it was attached to the purchase.

I will write more about this after I have tried and also give one to my sister and brother and a friend!
