If I could give minus I would, I took out a franchise with these and really glad I only took the small package as there is no after sales care, they’ve took my money and don’t care about returning my emails on help, support and further customer marketing, they just don’t care 🤷🏼‍♂️ it’s obvious I’m now on my own and deeply out of pocket, they make out as a franchisee that it’s brilliant and I was prepared to expand in the new year from 10 machines to 40 but that’s all out the window, I’ve even requested some more branded stickers for changing the products which I was prepared to purchase and they don’t even get back to you so I now have mini eggs in a column that displays chuppa lollies 🙄 all I can say is if you are considering a franchise with these incompetent people then look elsewhere. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I bought a reward tower for my sons Christmas a couple of years ago and it has been great, we buy refills at Christmas and birthdays and it had encouraged him to save up his £££. Great selection of refills and his friends all like to use it too when they visit.

Product as advertised. Quick delivery. Good price.

This company are a bunch of con people ok when you are paying them for the franchise but no after care no help what's so ever .a horrible little company full of nasty people I would think long and hard about buying into this franchise they will not support you in anyway. Stay clear of them

I recently had a damaged consignment box delivered, and within the week, a lovely Lady called Sally Partridge had a new box sent straight to my door. Amazing customer service skills and great members of staff to talk to over the phone. Will be ordering for the foreseeable future. Can’t thank the Tubz brand enough. :)

Ignored messages no help at all

Item arrived, box was damaged, pots inside damaged and smashed. Parcel was also open. Box was too flimsy

Sally has been absolutely brilliant, we had an issue with our machine which the support page couldn't help with, after sending a video we had an answer within the hour, fixed the machine and then placed our order with great recommendations where our current offering needs tom be updated

Sally from Tubz Brands is warm, friendly and reminds me of the customer services I grew up with unlike today.
Sally knows it's me when I call and it's lovely to be addressed as me without having to say who I am (instead of going through multiple security questions to access my account!).
Sally is Tubz and if all the staff are like her you've got a fantastic team!

Wrong address was placed on the 4 box consignment, different from the address we supplied on the order.... had to jump through hoops with the courier to get them redirected from across the street, it took multiple attempts to finally receive the goods.
By the time we got them, it was clear the boxes had been through the mill and back, they were filthy and beaten.

Good selection of sweets. Fast delivery but delivery expensive

A lot of the Tubz containers are coming through damaged or split. These are then causing jamming in the machine.
