Complete garbage, not worthy to be called an airline. Horrible, dirty, unethical, shady business practices.
Flights cancelled for no reason. No customer service. Refused to refund for 3 months. Then refunded in 1 day after I raised a complaint with the aviation authority.
It's absolutely despicable that you are counting on people who would either not know how to submit such a complaint or give up on their money because it's too much hassle.
You should be shut down.

Refund promised. Almost 5 months have passed and there is no refund….

Had a flight from Larnaca to Dubai and back. Modern A320 aircraft, excellent service - drinks and sandwich included, very friendly flight attendants. All this for a good price. Absolutely recommendable. Too bad they don't fly to Germany

Flug wurde annuliert, das Geld wurde auch nach wiederholten Kontaktaufnahmen mit dem Supportteam nicht zurückerstattet. Zunächst wurde auf vermeintliche absurd lange Bearbeitungszeiten der Banken verwiesen, als auch diese verstrichen waren hieß es nur noch, dass der noch einmal "geprüft werde". Erst nachdem ich ein Unternehmen zur Durchsetzung meiner Fluggastrechte beauftragt habe, erfolgte eine promte Rückzahlung leider natürlich abzüglich der fälligen provision.

On November 21, the Larnaca-Tel Aviv flight was canceled, they promised to return the money for tickets within 30 working days, 2 months have passed, and the money is not returned, only automatic replies to my letters.

No refund for cancelled flight after 4 months. TUS continues to take customers money but does not pay it back when they cancel your flight several months after you made the booking. AVOID THIS AIRLINE. PROFESSIONAL CON ARTISTS.

Cette compagnie est à fuir...ils ont annulé un vol payé en septembre 2023, date de voyage en octobre 2023, toujours en attente du remboursement....A FUIR

TUS не возвращает оплату.
Авиакомпанией был отменён рейс из Дюссельдорфа в Тель-Авив 19 октября.
Возврат денег был обещан в течение 30 дней.
Сегодня 6 декабря, возврат не был произведён до сих пор.
На все обращения по электронной почте получаю отписки и отговорки типа "мы работаем над этим, ваш вопрос для нас приоритетен, бла-бла-бла..."
Никому не рекомендую пользоваться услугами этой компании.
Это просто стыдно, тянуть время из-за пары сотен евро.

Les vols aller et retour ont été annulés par la compagnie moins de 24h avant le départ. Aucune autre solution ne nous a été proposée. Nous avons réservé un autre vol (à défaut de quoi nous perdions touts nos réservations faites sur place) qui était forcément beaucoup plus cher que le vol initial. A ce jour soit plus d'un mois après nous n'avons toujours pas été remboursé ni dédommagé pour le surcout occasionné.
Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cette compagnie ! A fuir!

J’ai réservé des billets pour Chypre, ils ont annulé notre réservation trois semaines avant le départ. Et depuis ils ne m’ont toujours pas remboursé.
Ils se sont engagés à me rembourser dans un délai d’un mois mais je n’ai toujours rien reçu et le délai est dépassé.

Im Juli habe ich Tickets für Oktober Düsseldorf - Tel Aviv und zurück gebucht. Drei Tage später erfuhr ich zufällig, dass beide Flüge gestrichen worden waren. Ich habe der Fluggesellschaft geschrieben mit der Frage „Was ist los?!“ Habe die Antwort erhalten: „Manchmal passiert es.“ Wir erstatten Ihnen das Geld innerhalb von 14-21 Tagen zurück. Dadurch wurde das Geld nie rechtzeitig zurückgezahlt, ich musste mich für eine Rückzahlung an meine Bank wenden.
Fazit: Finger weg!

Delayed an hour in advance, another hour at the gate, and a third hour on the tarmac.

I would strongly suggest that you avoid that company as possible
Very Dirty ( gummies on the seats and on the handels),
And not polite service(when we told the stuff about the gum inconvenience they told us "there is nothing nothing we can do deal with it its dry").
Literally slow air craft a flight that was supposed to last about 4 Hours took them 5
Any very small chairs so much as i would say there is no air room let alone leg room.
And even before we got on the plane the flight was delayed due to that they haven't filled enough fuel in the tank

Awful. Our flight was cancelled (we booked through Kiwi.com) so we were left stranded in Nuremburg and had to finance the rest of our travel through a variety of mediums. We tried to get a refund but they won't. Don't use them.

J'ai réservé des billets pour Chypre via opodo. Le vol a été annulé par la compagnie 3 semaines avant le départ. Depuis je n'arrive pas à me faire rembourser. La compagnie dit avoir fait le versement a opodo mais celui ci dit qu'il ne peut pas me le reverser sans justificatif.
Je lutte depuis plus d'un mois alors que c'est leur faute.

Un autre mail reçu le 24/06 indique que le remboursement "prendra jusqu’à 10 jours ouvrables".
Or, nous sommes le 18/07 et je n'ai toujours rien recu malgré mes relances.

Il s'agissait de notre premier vol avec TUS, résultat : beaucoup d'énergie pour obtenir leur propre annulation, difficultés pour obtenir le remboursement de notre séjour également et nécessité de trouver un plan B dans un contexte de tarif très élevé.

Nous avons été victime d’une arnaque. Nous avons réservé un voyage avec l’agence Voyage privée.com pour Chypre. Arrivé à l’aéroport de Lyon, aucun vol n’était prévu pour Larnaca et le personnel de l’aéroport ne connaissent même pas cette compagnie aérienne Tus Airways. La veille du départ nous avons payé 30€ pour un bagage supplémentaire sur le site de la compagnie. Nous avons également croisé une personne à l’aéroport dans le même cas que nous et qui avait réservé via opodo.com.

The worst Experience - La pire expérience
3 cancellations - 3 annulations sucessives
We lost money and time as we already booked hotels, a car, price increased, they cancelled enough times ahead to not pay us compensation. A nightmare, we were trapped with no other choice to continuously to change our flights to avoid to loose money.
Nous avons perdu de l'argent et du temps comme nous avions réservés des hotels, une voiture, les prix ont augmentés, les annulations ont bien sûr été suffisamment en amont pour ne pas payer de compensation. Un cauchemar, nous sommes piégés et nous avons été contraints de changer nos vols, pour éviter de perdre trop d'argent.

my flight was canceled a few hours before leaving, we had agreed with the customer service for a refund of € 400 for the damages suffered (as required by the European traveler card) but two years have passed and they have never paid me. I have written several times, but each time they find excuses. It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Haven't flown with them yet but I made a mistake with the name when making the reservation and I called and they had no problem in making the change. The same situation was with Aegean Airlines for another leg of the journey and they made me buy another ticket.
Well done to TUS for realizing that it was just a typo and not trying to get money out of me because of it!
