Good product, quick delivery. Unfortunately, courier delivered tyres to a wrong address - was at home, no delivery, no email notification of delivery or update! Receiver came to inform me on the 3rd day that they had the tyres. Turned out that courier went to the wrong street with similar house numbering, delivered to the neighbour of the wrong address with same house number as mine and left the something for you card in the mailbox of the wrong address to collect the tyres from his neighbour. Tracking not straightforward- you have to visit their website, etc. Then my neighbour with the said house number didn't have the tyres, as they were on the wrong street thinking it was my street!

A call from the courier or an email notification of delivery who have been helpful!

This company is a run by automated AI bots and clueless staff.

Ordered 4 tyres, they only sent 3. Had to wait over 4 weeks for a refund of the 4th tyre.

Received zero apology, and made it sound like I should be lucky that I received a refund at all?

Very odd company. Would not recommended what so ever. Avoid.

Good prices and I bought the same tyres I had last time

Expect if there’s anything wrong with your order from Tyreleader that it will be a draining uphill battle the whole way to get the defective tyres returned and refunded.

So far I am starting the 4th week since informing Tyreleader of the defective tyres that didn’t hold air. It took a full week of emailing just for them to accept the return and arranged a courier.

The courier came two weeks ago with overnight delivery labels yet Tyreleader are claiming they are still awaiting the tyres. First they said neither had arrived, then shortly after that the same day they said they investigated and realised one had arrived, two days later and they are still claiming they are still awaiting the second one. Maybe they lost it in there warehouse since they didn’t realise when the first arrived until they investigated? Both were sent together two weeks ago with overnight, they should be chasing their courier or be double checking their warehouse why everything is taking so long.

Everything in this process is dreadfully slow, poorly organised and after weeks of back and fourth I’m still awaiting a refund.

Good quality tyres at a good price, with fast delivery. The vehicle owner is very happy with the purchase.

Taking ages to dispatch the item, literally 2 weeks and still not yet been dispatched.

First time of ordering after an alternative supplier delivered the wrong tyres (I needed acoustic for a Tesla S). On line process straightforward, price below other suppliers and delivered promptly to a garage selected from a drop down list. The fitting garage was also very good - lady mechanics and, as I would expect of the fairer gender, very conscientious and helpful.

Well they did sort of ok. I was disapointed that the picture of the tyre on the computer did not match exactly what i thought i was getting. I did contact them but it did not do any good, which i thought of a bit poor.

I would like to be as honest as possible.
I purchased Pirelli P Zero tyres in size 245/40 R20 for the front axle in May 2026. However, the tyres that were delivered have a DOT manufacturing date of February 2025
