Well they did sort of ok. I was disapointed that the picture of the tyre on the computer did not match exactly what i thought i was getting. I did contact them but it did not do any good, which i thought of a bit poor.

I would like to be as honest as possible.
I purchased Pirelli P Zero tyres in size 245/40 R20 for the front axle in May 2026. However, the tyres that were delivered have a DOT manufacturing date of February 2025

Delivery took longer than expected. No tracking available, only a long process via email contact. Tyres were good though

Ordered tyres on the Wednesday evening and delivered on Friday. Great service and excellent prices. This is my go to site for tyres.

No information when the tyre was delivered to the tyre garage. I waited some days more, call F1 Southbury, booked appointment I turned up the appointment date and they told me I don’t have any appointment. I tried to call or chat someone from tyre leader but couldn’t get any response or help. Disappointed.

Order Number (33126520) I am writing this as a warning to anyone considering purchasing from this company. As a community nurse who relies on my vehicle for my job, I have had a nightmare experience with their customer service and warranty process.

After experiencing a tyre puncture, I followed the company's instructions to provide evidence. I submitted multiple high-quality photos and videos showing the damage. Despite providing this, the company repeatedly ignored my messages for days at a time, leaving me with no guidance on how to fix a run-flat tyre that local garages confirmed could not be repaired after the use of emergency foam.

Because they failed to provide any timely support or clear instructions, I was forced to purchase a replacement tyre to get back to work. I provided the company with proof of the professional fitting and the inability to repair the original tyre. Now, they are refusing to process my claim, claiming my previous photos are "insufficient" and demanding further images of a tyre that has already been disposed of by the garage.

They have effectively trapped me in a loop of repetitive, bureaucratic requests while ignoring my formal requests for their complaints procedure. This company’s "support" is non-existent, their response times are abysmal, and they seem designed to make the warranty process impossible so they can avoid responsibility.

Summary of the experience:

Total lack of support: They ignored urgent queries regarding how to handle a run-flat tyre, leaving me stranded.

Inefficient Communication: Days of delay between replies despite me explicitly stating I needed my car for work.

Impossible Requirements: They are asking for new photos of a tyre that was removed by a garage and replaced, despite me having submitted evidence from the start.

Accountability: They refuse to provide a formal complaints procedure when asked.

If you value your time and need a reliable supplier, look elsewhere. This company does not stand by its customers.

So my tyres were eventually delivered but there was very little info about customer/order details so tyre shop had no idea about myself or how to assign ordered tyres m, anyway all is good now tyres supplied in good condition & fitting went well but there was no info on who was paying for fitting so I don’t know if I paid twice!!

Ordered 4 tires, only 3 arrived. I’ve tried contacting the delivery company who were a little helpful and said they’d sort it out but it has since been 3 weeks and still I’ve received nothing. Can’t even get in contact with tyreleader.co.uk. Don’t waste your time buying from this website
