Ordered 4 tires, only 3 arrived. I’ve tried contacting the delivery company who were a little helpful and said they’d sort it out but it has since been 3 weeks and still I’ve received nothing. Can’t even get in contact with tyreleader.co.uk. Don’t waste your time buying from this website

21/05/2026 - My Response To Tyre Leader

Thank you for your well rehearsed response.
You have omitted so much of what you are burdening the customers to deal with, and here are just a few examples of which I have experienced at your hands;

1. Tyre Leader are allowing me to keep the faulty tyre and they don't want me to go to the trouble of sending it back to them. Oh thank you for that goodwill gesture - now I can have the privilege of having to pay a garage to dispose of it!

2. I am left with one good tyre, but have nowhere to have it fitted even if I wanted to: you do understand Tyre Leader, it's best practice to have same make/model of tyres on each axle?

3. So now, where is my replacement tyre if your only option is to provide a refund, and that was only after much grief being inflicted by you.
Where is my replacement???

4. As per my initial review, just as I said they would, it's not Tyre Leader's fault fitting station partner are not keeping their details up to date, even when said fitting partner has never associated itself with Tyre Leader.

5. Oh forget it - I can't do this anymore - you have wasted so much of my time, energy and caused so much mental distress, I just hope the people reading these reviews walk away from for disgraceful company.

PS Shoppers, don't just look on Trust pilot for reviews on Tyre Leader - do a broader search and you will be shocked how reviews are for this company. I only wish I had done so myself.

Well, looks like I am not the only one being scammed by this company.

I ordered two tyres for my wife's car and selected a partner fitting station a few miles from our home.
A few days later, no communication so I checked tracking. Great, they have been delivered, but only some seventy miles away in a different county.

Contacted Tyre Leader and the initial response was promising, or so I thought. They would raise a claim, I was told.

In the mean time I spoke with my nominated fitting garage, and they say they have no connection with Tyre Leader and have never signed up with them as a fitting partner. What I said?

In the mean time, I don't hear anything from Tyre Leader, but a day or so, the fitting garage contact me to tell me they have'found' two tyres in their yard. What's more, one tyre is badly damaged, and they want me to pick them up.

I contact Tyre Leader and inform them of this discovery and of the damage - send pictures they said.
So I send many pictures detailing the damage.
A day later, they want more pictures with specific information - I comply a send yet more pictures.
Another day passes and they want even more pictures. I tell them they already have what they want, just zoom in!
Nope. That's not good enough for Tyre Leader, and they send me a warning to say of I don't comply, They will cancel my claim.

So I send more pictures are per their request, but also indicating the totally unrealistic repetitive request for pictures they have me sending them. I also tell them that there are no places locally I can have the tyres fitted, so I want both tyres picked up and a refund provided - of course, they fail to acknowledge my communication.

In the meantime, I am at their mercy... Still waiting for the next request for more pictures; what is this a model's photo shoot?

I expect they may reply to this review, as some retailer's do with the usual 'please reach out to us, or, we cannot find your details, or, any number of other statements which in no way holds them remotely responsible for this absolute nightmare of a purchase.

To end this review - do not buy fro Tyre Leader - when it goes wrong through no fault of your own, they will have you jumping through all manner of hoops, until I suspect, one has no more energy to complain further???

Prove me wrong Tyre Leader and put this right.

UPDATE 20/05/2026

Received a response from Tyre Leader as you can see below. Unfortunately, but as to be expected, they leave out pertinent information, such as...

1. They had the opportunity to provide a refund for the faulty tyres weeks ago, instead they keep wanting more and more pictures?

2. The fitting partner garage have told me directly that they have no connection to Tyre Leader, yest tyre Leader are saying that it is the responsibility of their fitting partners to keep their records updated?

3. I am left with faulty tyres which I cannot have fitted anywhere else convenient to me.

4. Tyre Leader have persistently asked for more and more information which has no bearing on this matter.

5. I have had to collect the faulty tyres from the fitting station because Tyre Leader will not arrange to have them collected, and quite rightly so, the fitting 'partner' don't ant them hanging around on their premises.

It remains to be seen if |Tyre Leader has the audacity to responded again to this update...

In the mean time, I repeat - DO NOT BUY FROM TYRE LEADER - as soon as there is a problem, they will request more and more information and repetitive pictures even when you have already provided this information, yet still will not acknowledge their products as being faulty.

Ordered tyres to be delivered to one of their 'fitting partners'...
From this point Tyre Leader have shown their customer service ethos.
Fitting partner denies having any connection with Tyre Leader, and, the tyres arrived damaged.
Tyres Leader is doing everything it can to deny responsibility for the damaged tyres and will not acknowledge they are using garages as so called pertners without consent.

Still no sign of a refund from Tyre Leader after 4 weeks.

Heed my advice - stay clear.
