A Truly Dishonest Company - Stay Clear.

UPDATE 20/05/2026

Received a response from Tyre Leader as you can see below. Unfortunately, but as to be expected, they leave out pertinent information, such as...

1. They had the opportunity to provide a refund for the faulty tyres weeks ago, instead they keep wanting more and more pictures?

2. The fitting partner garage have told me directly that they have no connection to Tyre Leader, yest tyre Leader are saying that it is the responsibility of their fitting partners to keep their records updated?

3. I am left with faulty tyres which I cannot have fitted anywhere else convenient to me.

4. Tyre Leader have persistently asked for more and more information which has no bearing on this matter.

5. I have had to collect the faulty tyres from the fitting station because Tyre Leader will not arrange to have them collected, and quite rightly so, the fitting 'partner' don't ant them hanging around on their premises.

It remains to be seen if |Tyre Leader has the audacity to responded again to this update...

In the mean time, I repeat - DO NOT BUY FROM TYRE LEADER - as soon as there is a problem, they will request more and more information and repetitive pictures even when you have already provided this information, yet still will not acknowledge their products as being faulty.

Ordered tyres to be delivered to one of their 'fitting partners'...
From this point Tyre Leader have shown their customer service ethos.
Fitting partner denies having any connection with Tyre Leader, and, the tyres arrived damaged.
Tyres Leader is doing everything it can to deny responsibility for the damaged tyres and will not acknowledge they are using garages as so called pertners without consent.

Still no sign of a refund from Tyre Leader after 4 weeks.

Heed my advice - stay clear.

Tyres were sent to stone acre Wigan as…

Tyres were sent to stone acre Wigan as they were listed on your site as fitting partners, however I was then told by stone acre Wigan that they no longer fit tyres so had to take them elsewhere to be fitted. Your site is not up to date on this

These guy are fab

These guy are fab. Best price and delivery was super quick. Ordered late Monday eve (4.40pm ) and they arrived 10am wed morning.
Without dought these guys are now my only go too for delivery of tires.
Highly recommend 👌

Scammers

Scammers, took to long to receive a tracking number sorry I mean haven't received one, so I asked there AI ROBOT where my parcel is they say when it get dispatched after 2 days your get a tracking number.... Still waiting and waiting... So ask for a refund as need tyres changing asap haven't got the money to keep buying tyres from companies to see who will actually deliver.... Nope no refund now they are saying that they spoken to the delivery people and trying to stop the order.. hang on so why wasn't I given a tracking number if you have already dispatched it? Ummmmmm... So I'm now waiting to see if they will refund me prob won't so will have to open a dispute via bank, I can not afford to pay for another tyre until I receive a refund thanks my car is now dangerous as driving with bold tyres... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY COMPLETE SCAM THEY ARE LINKED WITH THE COMPANY MY TYRES who I'm still waiting for a refund been 2 weeks no refund and no order.... Wouldnt even give them 1 star be 0

A tracking number is normally available for every order, so if you have still not received one, this should be checked by our service after-vente. If you have already opened a claim, we will ask for your case to be prioritised internally so the team can quickly verify the shipment status and your cancellation/refund request. If no ticket has yet been created, please submit one via your customer area or contact form so an agent can investigate this properly.
