Arrived on time as described

Bought these tyres for a very reasonable price, was going to buy 2 but ended up buying 4 as I didn't want to miss the price.
They came quickly and delivery driver put them round the entry for me this was an excellent service.
I've had the tyres fitted and they make the car feel much more hold on the road. Fantastic service all the way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The tyres were date stamped nearly 5 years old. The garage advised me when I collected the car but Tyreleader would not do anything as they had already been fitted. I would never have bought the tyres if I had known how old they were and I feel completely ripped off by tyreleader. I would never use Tyreleader again after this and would not recommend them to anyone for this reason.

EDIT:
After the offer to re-evaluate my complaint below, I heard nothing for 2 weeks, at which point I chased them directly. They acknowledged that I was not correctly informed that the tyres were 4+ years old when I bought them and I was offered replacement tyres if they had not been driven on or a 10% 'goodwill credit'. As I didn't know that I shouldn't drive the car if I expected replacement tyres and the garage probably wouldn't have appreciated me leaving it there for 2 weeks, I drove it home.......

The official response, "Thank you for your message and for confirming that the tyres have been driven on. As indicated in our previous message, once tyres have been fitted and driven on, we are unfortunately unable to proceed with either a return or a goodwill credit under our after-sales procedure. This applies regardless of the nature of the claim, including for tyres with an older manufacturing date.
We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we regret any inconvenience caused.

Ordered the tyres and they arrived 2 days later. Good service and good communication. Good tyres at a good price.

Appalling company. They sent us the wrong tyre. Have contacted them repeatedly. They either don’t respond or respond in a way that suggests they haven’t bothered to read the email sent. Do NOT use this company - your money is better spent elsewhere with a company that actually provides you with the product you ordered. I would not recommend

Ordered 3 tyres from them and had them sent to my chosen fitting centre, I was patient waiting a week and only 1 tyre was delivered, I disputed this and was told to wait a little longer, waited nearly 2 weeks still no sign of missing tyres, was left with no option but to purchase tyres from Blackcircles, which arrived and where fitted within the week. I raised that i now wanted a refund for my tyres which still hadn't all arrived and at this point it's 3 weeks from purchase. I was then told they would need to follow the process as the claim is now with APC the courier. I then receive email telling me the one and only delivered tyre would need returning and would I like them to arrange this, I said yes. I've cheased my refund but now I'm being told all 3 tyres have now arrived and they seem to be washing there hands of the situation. Have sent me a from to fill which cannot be filled on word, absolute joke, customer service only reply with thank you for your patience. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID PEOPLE, pay the extra. I currently talking to the garage they are supposed to be at and if they are there I will collect and sell them on.😡

Tyres came, left them in the middle of the drive rang the bell and left. 4 tyres ordered only three left in the drive went running out the front but driver had gone. Fourth tyre came 2 days later and again left in middle of the drive rang the bell and left. Just glad I was home.

I ordered 2 tyres on 8th April ordered wrong size. I e mailed within 5 minutes to correct my order and was told I could not cancel the order but not to accept delivery. Tyres were delivered to my address and left at my front door. Delivery driver phoned me to tell me had delivered them I told him I was not accepting them and he came back and collected them, by that time I was home. I have since sent five e mails asking for a refund which have been ignored. Do not use this company
