Fabulous Fridge!
The fridge is a masterpiece. Very generous size, with a very premium high quality finish. One thing to note - the handles are a bit fiddly to fit, make sure the delivery team install the handles for you. That aside, the fridge is excellent.

Questionable build quality
Review for Bertazonni Dual Fuel Master Series
Purchased on 18/12/24 from Diss Ironworks and installed on the 14/1/25
The Good:
Fan assisted oven is very precise, we independently tested the temperature and we found it surprisingly accurate.
It looks great.
Gas Hobs are easy to clean and work well.
The Bad: Questionable build quality
Oven knobs get very hot to the touch when both ovens are on.
Knob build quality is low, they are zinc coated and not stainless steel, react to high temperatures and develop stains.
Oven door paint has already started chipping.
When we approached Bertazzoni about honouring the warranty they tried to deflect and blame our use of cleaning material for the defects on the knobs and door. We have only used soapy water to clean our cooker, which is in line with manufacturer instructions. This is disappointing given the price tag and that this happened within the first year of purchase. Will update this review if the issues are resolved or if more issues arise.

Replacement of old Britannia Cooker
An improvement on our 25 year old Britannia Cooker which finally gave out.
Easier to keep the burners clean and to load the rotisserie plus a more sophisticated control system which hopefully will not require continual resetting after a momentary power cut which we have frequently.

Been waiting over 6 months for a replacement hob , one excuse after another , no communication for last 3 months !
Even lower price point suppliers offer a better customer experience than Bertazzoni .

Stunning oven 1 small issue😕
Bought this oven in Feb but iy wasnt installed into my brand new kitchen until May,A month later the tempature dial handle fell off but as its behind fixed glass i cant put it back on,Such a shame as the oven is stunning i absolutely love it but now my eye is just drawn to this dial.

All well except when it came to scan and register my appliance.
could not get it to accept comm, or serial numbers, kept saying was wrong. Finally succeeded but only with the AI suggested info, which was only half the same as on appliance. very confusing to say the least.

Appliance arrived on time. Unpacked and inspected. Everything and more. Chose an ORANGE cooker and quite honestly the focal point of my new kitchen. Not only does it look incredible it is easy to clean and operate. Does what I need it to do.

Four months to deliver a cooker
Ordered from John Lewis on 29/12/25 - with delivery date on 16/2/26
It was delivered yesterday 1/5/26 - many times we chased and got wrong information and promises of delivery ( Paid for cooker on 29/12)
The uk branch tried to help eventually by providing a temporary little cooker and offering accessories but were at the mercy of the factory - the cooker itself is excellent ( which is why we bought it) experience from both John Lewis and Bertazzoni really not acceptable
