Early days, but beautiful design combined with ease of use. Love the display. Very pleased so far.

The thermocouple on the large burner is not working so the burner does not stay alight, and the support service I rang at 5:30 on Friday says leave a message but then the system said the mail box is full so I can not leave a message considering we have had the hob only since installed and usable since December it is very disappointing to have to arrange a repair

The restriction on sockets closer than 7.5 cm only became apparent after we had ordered and payed for our new cooker. We had had two similar range cookers in the same space and never had a problem and the sockets which have been there for 26 yrs showed no signs of heat damage!we blanked them off but might have selected differently if we had known at time of purchase.As it turns out the height of the gas supply (75cm) seemed to be less critical and we just needed to prevent flexible gas tubing from dragging on floor!We knew this at time of purchase so changed the pipe beforehand

We bought a Bertazzoni cooker from John Lewis. It’s a range cooker, all electric, with an induction hob. We’re really happy with it. You can steer very precisely how hot you want every pot on the hob. Having an actual knob to turn is so much better than the usual touch buttons under the hob’s pane. For the oven there are many modes to choose from, like convection, traditional heat, grill, fast heat-up etc. And the cooker looks a real marvel in our kitchen!

Top quality range cooker, great service

I bought a pro105Iext. £5500
On the grill when you shut the door the door and glass retaining brackets grab the door seal and drag it down. I now have a split in the seal due to this.
Called out engineers under warranty and was told that the split in the seal is a design feature to allow moisture to come out (bull shit) so I asked why the other seals didn’t have a split and he said he didn’t know.
He then said that he accepted there was a problem with the seal on the grill being dragged down by the door, however he said you don’t actually need the door seal for the grill (bull shit).
There is clearly a design problem with the grill door seal on the more expensive ovens in the range, and will be seeking compensation.
What I’m annoyed about is Bertazzoni engineers taking the customer for idiots.
Bertazzoni, you know you have a problem with these models, sort it out.

Very good quality cooker, totally worth the money!

Very happy with our Bertazzoni cooker and extractor hood. The quality is excellent and they feel truly well-built and premium. The cooker has great functions and performs brilliantly, and the extractor hood is powerful, effective, and stylish. Both have exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend Bertazzoni for quality kitchen appliances.

Rubbish! Bought the top of the range Heritage oven with induction hob - RRP £5k.

The induction hob is utterly useless. Rather than adjusting the heat, it adjust temperature of your cooking by pulsating heat at different intervals. The impact is that in say a 5 (mid range setting) there is a burst of energy, and then a 4 second pause. This is enough for your food to rise up to boil vigoursly, and then completely stop boiling, the impact being it is impossible to simmer food.

It lacks a timer and a clock which is a bit silly, but instead has a temperature gauge that just says if the oven is high or low temperature (utterly pointless given you control the temperature!)

The induction unit is circa 3mm below the stainless steel rim, meaning it’s also super vulnerable to marking with any pans than you move around

In summary, if you are actually looking to use this oven, go elsewhere. If your looking to look at an oven, and not use it, then yeah it does look nice!

Purchased a Bertazzoni Professional range cooker from Rangecookershowroom in North London. Not our original choice, but we were quickly impressed by the reputation, versatility and build quality of the Bertazzoni brand. So far we have been delighted with its performance.

Superb! Faster than quoted delivery, excellent communication from Ian Black Electricals Hull and the delivery company alike. The delivery men were professional and enthusiastic about the product. A pleasure to deal with.

This is our third range cooker and easily the best. We decided to buy a Bertazzzoni because of the build quality. My previous range ovens had multiple ovens, mostly unused. We therefore chose a single large oven - and it is great being able to cook meals with multiple dishes without having complicated stacking arrangements. We also moved from gas hob to induction hob which is also great - more elegant, practical (eg cleaning) and incredible fast. We have solar panels so this is part of a plan to move away from gas/petrol to electric. The only downside is that we had to upgrade our electrical supply from 33A to 50A, which required additional work in our new kitchen - if we had realised earlier would have factored into our kitchen work.

The cooker is just perfect!!! The oven work easy and there are a lots of functions.
Order, payment and delivery went smoothly.

We bought a Bertazzoni French style Fridge-Freezer from Diss Ironworks in September 2025, it broke down 10 weeks later. It's a nice appliance but we are worried about reliability and having to call an engineer to replace parts is a nuisance.
