This fridge-freezer is great
This fridge-freezer is great, but a little taller in the same format would have been even better, but you don’t offer that. The taping of the shelves and drawers for transport is excellent but very, very hard to take off.

Love the oven but trying to register was an issue as incorrect information on the paperwork enclosed. I haven’t explored all the functions yet though.

Italian Excellence and Style
Very pleased with the Master Series 100 cm triple oven range cooker. From a practical point of view, I commend the gas burners, which are excellent, including the dual-ring power burners-the choice of which add to their versatility. I like the fact that the control knobs are metal and not plastic. Have only used the main oven as yet but look forward to having the use of the auxiliary oven and grill over Christmas. The cooker is stylish and fits into both modern and traditional kitchens. All in all, I have been extremely impressed.

Pretty and shiny appliance but just not settling with it
My dealings with Bertazzoni were great but I am struggling to enjoy working with the range cooker. It isn't straightforward and I feel I need an A level . The side cooker isnt a fan oven, which I hadnt appreciated and is much smaller than my former range cooker's side oven was. I cannot find any You Tube videos with recommendations as to how to cook with it (and how to use the side oven effectively). Three weeks in, and I am considering giving up on my shiny new cooker and buying something else, which is really disappointing. Happy to say that it is probably more me than the appliance.

The appliance arrived successfully, however…
The appliance arrived successfully. However, I know we did not opt for installation but I was out and my husband did not notice the fridge freezer was left on its packing base and the delivery men did not point this out. We both had to lean a very heavy product and attempt to cut away the packaging. We are both 70 so I feel this was poor on the part of your delivery men.

I always wanted a 5 burner cooker
I always wanted a 5 burner cooker. This was absolutely fantastic because it had one huge oven. Now I can cook multiple things on the go. We are a large family and most of the time I spend cooking. Another thing I love about my range is the cooker knobs which are big and easy to use. I hope it will last me a long time. My previous cooker lasted 30 years.
