My fussy dog with stomach problem
My dog has persistent diarrhoea and I was recommended by the vet to use Virbac sensitive to settle his stomach. The problem, my dog is a fussy eater so I was not sure if he will try it. To my amazement he just go for the food without any hesitation.

…great until they aren't
I needed to cancel a delivery so contacted you by phone unfortunately I am still waiting for a refund nearly 3 weeks later. Otherwise a very good service but the ordering/cancelling website is very poor.

I can confirm that your refund was issued to your original payment method last week. If you cannot see the funds in your account just yet, we kindly suggest checking with your bank, as processing times can vary. A note for next time, if the order is with the courier company, it may take a couple of weeks for the package to be returned back to our warehouse. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience while we managed this return with DPD.
