Food came fast but foreign object in food.
Food came fast. But I found some organic matter in the food — perhaps a rats tail or a dried slug. Sent message to Virbac on got a very negative reply.
As the food is highly recommended by my vet I will continue to purchase, customer treatment was not perfect.

As soon as you contacted us, your email was passed onto our technical advisors who reviewed your images. While the item was identified as a slug, our manufacturing records confirm this batch was produced in June 2026 under strict quality protocols.
Given the time elapsed since production and the fresh condition of the object, our findings indicate that it entered the packaging post dispatch, rather than during manufacturing. As a result, we are unable to take further action.
However, we truly appreciate your continued trust in our product and your honest feedback.
