We had all of our windows replaced and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish the team were professional, friendly, and really knew their stuff. The installation was done quickly and with great attention to detail, and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The new windows look fantastic and have already made such a difference to the warmth and quietness of the house. I’d definitely recommend unique glazing to anyone looking for new doors or windows – a really great service from start to finish.

Be careful! This company did work on my neighbours flat and damaged my flat in the process. They are now unwilling to help in replacing any of the broken window and ignore any contact attempts. They have been reported to the trading standards. Avoid this company.

Had 2 bifold doors installed. A very competitive quote. The workmanship was of a very high standard, and they took care of my property, as well as the door during installation.

It was obvious they care about what they do and I would definately recommend them.

Had windows and patio doors fitted in a 3 bedroom house. The company were easy to communicate with, from no pressure quote to final installation. The window fitters worked really hard, left the place clean and tidy and very friendly. I would happily recommend this company to others.

Our replacement window is of a high quality. The fitting team were very tidy.

The only thing that prevents my from giving 5 stars is the lack of regular updates on the progress of our order and lack of communication in the day of fitting when the team would be arriving. We had to make several calls throughout the experience and we was left nervous if we would actually get our window.

Would also like the option to be able to pay by credit card using secure online methods. Not a fan of paying from my bank account.

That said we would use Unique Glazing again.

I had 2 sets of sliding aluminium doors as well as a standard door set fitted after a burglary at my property 4 weeks ago. The product itself has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, the company were quick to manufacture/fit them which was a relief given the break in (they broke through the existing patio doors) and the installation team were excellent working hard to fit all 3 products in one day. The degree of damage given the old doors needed to be removed and new ones put in was way less than I had expected, which given there was pebble dashing involved was impressive.

I live in Manchester and got properties in midlands and London I have been using unique glazing for so many years and they have never let me down so happy with their service . They have Recently done one of our property in Kingston very happy with the new windows my tenants are even over the moon with new windows . Living so far and managing properties is hard and I am glad I can trust this company.

From reaching out, Paul was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. I work long hours and contacted Paul out of normal working times which he was happy to provide anything I needed. The windows replaced were old and falling apart, they replaced everything I asked for with a fantastic price and high quality of workmanship.

The workers installing the windows were always polite and worked long days but always left the work in a tidy state, once the install was complete everything was cleared and look after.

We were doing almost the whole house and asked the installers to have a warm room ready for when my kids got home from school, they worked tirelessly and as a result caused minimal disruption to my kids.

Communication throughout was amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better company to have chosen.

I’ve just gone back to get another quote for further work.

I recently had three new windows fitted by this company, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Firstly, the workers left my door wide open without informing me, and I had no idea where they had gone; whilst it was thundering outside. They used my personal phone charger without asking, which I found quite inconsiderate.
Additionally, I had requested that the bottom of the bedroom window not be sealed due to a planned sill replacement, but this was ignored. The surrounding walls suffered damage, with chunks of plaster coming off, which was then hastily covered with plastic trim instead of being properly filled as I had requested. The overall workmanship lacked care, and the uneven finish reflects this.
To make matters worse, the attitude of the workers was rude, making me feel uncomfortable in my own home. Communication was poor throughout, and I was not consulted about anything. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately, I can't recommend their services based on my experience. I tried to get some sort of considerate response from the company for some kind of reimbursement or something similar as I'm putting more work in to repair the damage they have done around the windows. A very upsetting experience.

Unique Glazing are a brilliant company as they provide a top rate service. My French door was excellent and of good quality. The installers were professional and they fitted my doors to a high standard. They were tidy and removed my old French door. Communication with this company was excellent and met all my needs. The price was vey competitive too.
