Needed, a double glazed window to be replaced as it was cracked, and Joe was very responsive, prompt and took the necessary measures, and ordered the new glass on the same day.
It was fitted professionally in timely manner 3 days later. Joe was very professional, clean and provided me with a good reasonable cost per work completed. Highly Recommend their service.

Two bedroom double-glazed windows from Everest had become difficult to open and shut and wouldn’t lock. Couldn’t claim the repair from Everest as they are in administration. Unique Glazing came to our rescue with a better job description of what repairs were needed and a good quote for the work. Much better than other quotes. Joe from Unique Glazing did a fantastic job realigning our windows so they shut easily and fixing the locks so they locked securely. He even did a small extra job to ease a sticky lock on our conservatory door at a very low extra cost. Fantastic job.

Great and pain free job removing 20+ year old and installing new windows, fair price and decent communication through out.

Couple points but not deal breakers:
• Installers arrived 2 hours early which can be good but we were not ready for them.
• from past experience installers have covered furniture, these guys didn’t, I had to do it my self.
• Once all was agreed I had to chase a few times for an install date but once booked in, all good.

Again, not deal breakers, but just some feedback.

We recently decided to get our windows and doors changed. We had 5 quotes including the so called national leader in the industry. Unique Glazing provided a fantastic experience right from the beginning. Paul the salesperson was quick to respond and to visit. Everything was thoroughly explained to us during the visit yet he was respectful and it took only 30-40 min. The quote followed was quick and fair. In contrast the salesperson from the "leader" spent nearly 3 hours treating us like we know nothing and gave a quote that was 3 times the average quote.
After we decided to go with Unique Glazing, Paul kept us updated on the process. Subsequent survey and installation were arranged quickly and carried out professionally. Quality of material is excellent. Installers did an efficient and clean job, keeping us informed on the progress. Overall, We are very happy with the service provided.

An extremely simple and quick process from start to finish. We had inherited bay windows from circa 1950s so were a little bit concerned that the different eras would cause a problem. Not at all. And what a difference it's made. Can't praise them enough.

Completely wasted my time. I arranged an appointment with these guys to quote for a job - I waited in on a work day and they didn’t bother to show up. I tried following up twice to see what happened and heard nothing back. I work full time and have a young child, so this was massively inconvenient for me - I don’t have massive amounts of time to spare waiting around for tradespeople to bother to show up to an agreed appointment.

The rep came quickly to take the measurements and discuss the design of the new doors, including a hole for a cat flap. He also provided the quotation quickly, and gave us the best price of the 3 companies we approached. The guys came to instal the doors just before Christmas, and were friendly and helpful, including putting in the cat flap I had bought separately. Very pleased with the end product!

Rang up Sunny, to get a quote for a simple job (window for a new brick shed).
He had one of his guys pop over to measure up.
Came back to me with the price very shortly after.
We agreed to the work and Sunny was able to schedule the work within a few days.
The boys turned up and fitted in the window. It was a fuss free process and uncomplicated

All went efficiently from order to installation, after installation the house was left clean and tidy.
