So pleased with my new IC shoes. They arrived a week after ordering (not bad considering the state of the postal service atm) and were considerably much cheaper than elsewhere. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using again....thank you!

I still havn’t received my shoes yet. I ordered them on 23rd December 2022. It’s now 6th January 2023. So it’s now been exactly 2 full weeks and still no shoes. They can’t blame DPD, because I have ordered several other pairs of shoes in the sales from other online shops. Which have all arrived the next day. The tracking number did’t even work that they sent me by email. So I told them and they sent me another tracking number. The link took me through to DHL, but it didn’t work on there website and the email from Unrulyu said they sent it by DPD. So I search for DPD tracking online and entered the tracking number. That says that they have received my order but still havn’t received my parcel yet, as of yesterday 5th January 2023. I emailed Unrulyu, to tell them this and they assure me they sent my package out on the 23rd January and it’s on the way. I don’t believe them because they didn't take the money out of my bank account until 28th December 2022, and no online shops despatch items before taking the payment first.

Great prices and quick deliver and Gorgeous shoes.

Never received shoes, contacted them twice and told they would send as soon as they could. 10 days later still no shoes so PayPal refunded.
