Had to pay post to return
Lovely trainers... I sized up from my normal sizr but they were to small.. had to send back but had to pay post and I needed to post in a secure way so signed for.£11.15 it cost me to post back.I'm unlikely to order again again due to having to pay so much to post back as I ended to male sure they were not lost and if so its covered

Great shop and great items
I ordered one bag and two pairs of shoes which were delivered in a few days to Norn Ireland! ..... well packaged and a free gift added! Love my items .... which btw, were cheaper here than anywhere else online (even almighty ama__n!). Would recommend this company for online shopping.

Wonderful staff always on hand to reply quickly to messages always able to give good alternatives to solutions - the shoes are beautiful will be using their service - accidentally i shipped my second order to my old address - they were so patient with it being sent back to them and then to my current address now - what a palava - thank you so much you are all great, you have a customer service team to be proud of
