Recently switched monitors and my monitor arm broke. Sent an email to customer service and got a real response from a real person with real help. It was amazing.

After exchanging some emails with Chandler, I got a replacement at a discount since I was under warranty.

I wish more companies had real people who are familiar with the products they sell doing customer service. It makes a huge difference.

I called in because I wanted to convert my existing desk to a standing desk. I previously purchased the static height legs and frame and have been using it with my desk top for several years.I wanted to switch the legs out to the motorized sit-stand legs and could find an option on the website to buy just that. The support rep Jeremy Laurel advised me over the phone, and then via email, his support was great. I’ve just assembled it and am very happy. Thanks
