I emailed Customer Service for some parts I needed replaced after losing some during a couple moves. Kris R responded quickly to assist and made the process as smooth as possible. I really appreciate that he was able to get me what I needed with a custom quote I was able to easily pay online.

I purchased the 4 leg commercial desk with a butcher block top. First, the quality is amazing. The desk is beautiful and it's so incredibly sturdy. During shipping, my butcher block top was damaged with several dents. I reached out to the customer service team and spoke to Sean Arguera and explained the situation. Sean helped me instantly and discussed options to resolve the issue. Not only is the product amazing, beautiful and easy to put together but, the customer service was top notch as well. I am so glad I decided to go with an UpLift desk.

Great customer service and quality product
I had a terrible moving experience recently and the movers lost the hardware for my Uplift desk that I purchased a couple years ago. Uplift customer service (Fantasia Banks, specifically) was so helpful and kind in helping me get assembly instructions and a replacement order for the hardware. It may seem like a small thing, but dealing with a bunch of difficult things all at once and having this piece of my life made smoother and easier (and being treated with kindness) actually made a really big difference to me. I also think good customer service is both rare and a good indicator of the quality of a company overall. Also still love the desk I bought a couple years ago.

Fantasia worked with me for 30 minutes on Saturday to answer all my question and make suggestions on how best to configure our desk. Because of Fantasia day-to-day interaction with the product she was able to suggest alternative to the way I originally had it configured, suggestion that will enhance my overall experience
The website configurator is very helpful and easy to navigate. The virtual animation to review the end product configuration is remarkably realistic.
Like everything else in life if the desk performs as expected the price point will soon be forgotten.

I had an issue where the desk top / butcher block was cracked and I hadn't noticed during the shipment a ~1+ ago...Sean was a great help in resolving the issue and getting me another one shipped out fast.
