This is a great company
This is a great company, I purchased a lift desk back in 2021 (which I love!) , and it came with a free desk lamp where the hinge got loose , I called and the CSR "Fantasia Banks" assistems me I thought for sure they would tell me sorry it has been 3 years since your order, but to my surprise she ordered a replacement right away.
THis is what I call excelent customer service!

Just ordered my second desk from Uplift after having used one as my primary work desk for several years. Unfortunately the desk surface (1.5" rubberwood butcher block) did arrive cracked, but I called Uplift's support number and Jeremy Laurel was able to assist me in getting it replaced. I recently chatted with Uplift Desk and had a great experience with Jamie Caudle who answered all of my questions and even went over & above to help me make a purchase decision. Jamie personally coached me through the ordering process with excellent email communication and responsiveness. Even after the order was placed, Jamie continued to reach out to let me know when the order was processed and to expect a tracking number! I will probably need a second desk and will definitely order through Jamie directly.
Replacing my old desk with new.
I was looking for a desk similar to my current techline desk. I saw the ad for the uplift desk and was sold on the product. I built my desk and ordered. Great desk, great customer service
The desk initially arrived on time; however, FedEx dropped the desktop and damaged it. I immediately submitted a claim, which Jeremy, an UpLift Customer Service Specialist, answered within hours, providing me with several options. After a few more e-mails, I received the replacement desktop less than a week after submitting the claim. Thanks, Jeremy!

He responded to my phone call and emails promptly with my needs in mind, which nowadays is hard to find. There are a lot of places that seem to offer a desk like this but the quality of the product is not only exceptional, but to have a customer service team be so responsive and helpful made all the difference in the world to my busy life. Satisfying response to my strange request
I've been using my Uplift desk for many years. Their Range monitor arm has been holding up my big widescreen monitor, and I've over-cranked the bolts on it to make sure it stays snug. Those original bolts have been stripped and when I reached out to support, my agent Danielle Breed was patient with my strange request to order new replacement bolts. They are kind of a unique make and I didn't want to have to grind some bolts from the hardware store into the correct shape.

Just ordered a sit/stand desk and a matching fixed height table and can't wait to receive them! I ordered samples and am thankful I did so as I picked a different wood for the tops than I otherwise would have. The samples are large so you get a much better feel for the finished product and funds paid for samples are credited against an order - so free samples if you order. Customer service (Kelly Anderson) is amazing! He patiently answered each question, provided some insight on things I would not have thought of prior to ordering and made the entire process easier. If their products are half as good as their samples and customer service, I am going to love my new office furniture.
