From the very start the in store experience was extremely pleasant and inviting. Curtis handled the sale of my item with complete professionalism and made the process very easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend Up North Watches and Jewellery for all those seeking both excellent customer service and a Jeweller they can trust.

Bought my wife, a Rolex yacht Master from Curtis, at up north watches first time using this company great experience throughout

10/10 service, would use again.

Sold a watch to Up North and the whole process was seamless. Curtis was honest, professional and easy to deal with. The final price was exactly the same as the offer, no messing about.

One of the top watch dealers in the UK

Bought over £100,000 worth of Rolex watches from Up North Watches.

Will continue to use these guys in the future when acquiring more watches.

Fantastic customer service.

Curtis is a great guy and very knowledgeable.

Would recommend them to anybody looking to buy a watch.
