I have used this app for about 3 years now. I like it except for 1 thing. In recent months it reduces the amount of cash back I am supposed to receive if I get a regular customer discount with the company I am purchasing from. So I can never gauge my savings accurately now. It's very frustrating.

Processing for days, and then nothing, no cash back. TWICE. I have been using same gas station, so what’s the excuse this time?

Every time a have a large purchase. My claim is denied. Purchase expired. I use same station a lot and when it is a small purchase I get cash back. They cheated me out of $20.00 so far.

Very disrespectful company they will lie to. The app just steals all your information out of your phone and they sell it to third parties including your financial information. This is a very invasive app this shouldn't even be legal or allowed on the market or the App Store. Just take a look at the information this is the screenshot from the market saying all the information they're going to steal out of your phone and sell the third parties.
It won't let me post a photo or screenshot to show you how invasive this app is but if you're on the Play Store you see how invasive it is.. they even make their very annoying aggravating commercial play twice back to back? How disrespectful are these dopes?

They rip you off! Don’t pay what’s due to you. The only thing you can do is send in receipts. Mind you it takes a month before you know it. The listed prices are lower than actual prices. I’m done I’m deleting the app!!!

Do not use this service, they will eventually not pay you. I drive for Doordash so I started using upside a lot, and this is when they started letting almost ALL of my claims expire. The cash back offers started out at 27¢, 24¢ cash back per gallon, now ALL the offers are 11¢ or 12¢. Then they let 7 of 10 claims just expire, and the cash back total was 3¢ for 9 gallons, and 13¢ for 8 gallons total. They do not fulfill the very service that they offer. They will start NOT PAYING YOU TOO.

I purchased fuel on June 5th like every week and used the same credit card I always use on my usual vehicle and they denied it. As is was processing I contacted them and they wanted me to provide my credit card statement showing the purchase and I did that then they said the purchase expired. They are not honest don’t fall for it. I am dropping it.

I had about $40 accumulated. Suddenly I couldn't log in, so I went through the process of changing my password. Money is gone! Customer Service will not help. They claim the email address I'm trying to use is wrong, even though that is the only email address I use. They then asked for my invite code, which is nowhere to be found. NOT WORTH SHARING YOUR INFORMATION.

90% of my purchases expire before I can get paid and the other 10% say they are processing but when I click on them, they say network unavailable.

I updated app and now I’m unable to open app

Every time I try to use my referral code or get the extra money it processes until it expires. They want you to then jump through hoops to send a copy of the emails and receipts so they can try to investigate the case. My husband and I are both deleting the app because they will NEVER process it right

It’s kind of a pain in the ass , I use it daily and spend lots of money in fuel , constantly my refunds get expired due the horrible processing procedure…. They need a better format such as being able to upload your receipt for every vendor NOT just certain ones

Not Good Anymore - For the better part of a year from end of 2022 to 2023 was pretty successful. Not so much anymore as they seem to always expire, and the company wants you to jump through hoops to prove you purchased. I asked for them to add a way to provide a copy of receipt at time of purchase, but they said that isn't an option as the merchant don't want that. No kidding - Then they would have to payout. At this point I would consider finding another cashback service - maybe Gasbuddy? I don't know - just beware of this company now.

I can no longer access my account I had about 13.00 dollars in there to put on my PayPal the app still on my phone but won’t come up when I tap. What ever problem they were experiencing they fixed it a couple days later. The app irks again

I asked for cash back in the form of an Amazon card, and never received it. It's been approximately a month. There is no one you can contact about this. I have deleted this app from my phone.

Update********(contacted customer support thru email and they solved problem for me)********I had been using this app for several months and everything seem to be going well. I went to use it the other day and it had logged me out all by itself. When I logged back in my seven dollar balance was gone as well as all my transaction history. It treated me as if I was a brand new customer. And no I did not login creating a new account. I waited several days to see if it was a glitch and nothing has changed. It didn’t even have my Credit card on file anymore.

This app is horrible doesn’t work I’m a cab driver I have filled up tank over 18 times 60 bucks each time and all my transactions have expired uninstalling my this wack app

I try using this app all the time for gas and groceries. However, 99% of the time, I receive expired or issues found, which is not accurate. For some reason they just rather not reimburse. I will no longer be using this app. It is ridiculously easy to use, yet frustrating b/c it is rare to be reimbursed.

Horrible app! Nothing but problems from the beginning. When I was finally able to find how to reach them-which was difficult-they "supposedly" credited my account for the money I WASN'T getting from the businesses they claimed would give me cash back. Just when I thought they were actually legit-my cash out money disappeared! I would give them an absolute ZERO if I could-thank goodness I never linked the app to my checking account for the cash back-but now they have all of my credit card info...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
