Ik heb 1 maad besteld voor 3,19 maar ze blijven maar maandelijks 3,19 afscrijven, Reageren niet op mail en telefonisch niet bereikbaar. stelletje oplichters zijn het.

Good until you leave. It works, you get the advertised download speed, that's really fine, but if you suspend your subscription and want to leave, even over one month before the renewal date, you'll get charged anyway.
The contact function does not work, it keeps to saying an error occured (in Dutch).

You try to send e-mails, you don't get a reply.

Perhaps one star here will make them move.

The newsservers are OK, but the payment service is not. This is the second year in a row to that usenetdeal reports a failed payment but the bank repoets payment is OK. This needs an improvement otherwise this will force me to end the subscription. .

Awesome Usenet service, great speed and retention.

I would give zero stars if that were possible.

UsenetDeal continued charging my card after my subscription expired, after I cancelled, after I deleted my account, and after I explicitly emailed them asking them to remove my payment details.

This is now the third unauthorised charge attempt. One charge went through, and another was declined only because my bank account had no funds left.

To make matters worse, after charging my card without permission, I received an email saying:

“We have successfully received payment for invoice UD5************.”

This payment was not authorised.

At no point was there clear confirmation that billing had stopped or that my card details were removed. Continuing to charge a customer after cancellation is unacceptable and has forced me to involve my bank and prepare a chargeback.

I strongly advise anyone considering UsenetDeal to check their statements carefully and be prepared to cancel via their bank if needed.

Zeer slecht. İk wil er vanaf maar lukt niet. Communicatie, support bestaat niet. Er is een telefoonnummer die in Amsterdam bevestigd. Je kan honderd keer bellen, ze nemen nooit op. Wel kan je je boodschap inspreken maar ze bellen nooit terug. İk gebruik al ruim 20 jaar news server en usenetdeal is slechtste die ik gebruikt.

Mail/chat: beantwoorden ze nooit
İn het kort mensen ga nooit iets doen met usenetdeal. Alles goed lezen tot heel kleine letters voordat je een abonnement aanschaft. Ze zijn heel goed met een ding en dat is oplichten. İk wil tegen hun gezicht schreeuwen oplichteeeeeeerrrssss Oplichteriiiiiiiiiiiiiijjj
