It was a little hard to navigate

This company is a complete scam. They actually delayed my son getting passport. This should be criminal to take money for a service you do not provide. When I asked for refund I got the complete run around with online submittal requests & multiple emails. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Billy, Maya, & Alice - what you do is awful.

Wasn’t issued my refund when I wrongfully signed up for their service. I was originally trying to schedule an appointment with usps but was directed to this sight. I was told I am not able to get a refund even though I haven’t given any documentation or information for them to proceed.

I thought I was using the official passport renewal website, and I was, but somehow this felonious service popped up. As it has been 10 years since I last renewed, I didn't realize that the official site doesn't take card payments online, so had a surprise when I took my renewal application to the Post Office and had to pay the actual fee of $160. Seriously, they weave their non-information into the real thing so it's hard to tell. I'm just hoping my very efficient credit union's fraud dept. can do something to help shut them down. It's creepy how careful you can be and still have this type of robbery occur. DO NOT USE U.S.PRIORITY RECORDS. They are not government sanctions and only want to rip you off. Disgusting.

They are a scam. Spent $178 only to find out I still have to pay another $160 government fees for the renewal for my unexpired passport in my possession. Then try to get a refund, only to get charged enormous fees. Avoid and use a reputable company for renewals.

Absolute 100% scam. These thieves need to be stopped. I e reported this fraud to every agency I can think of.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! I made the mistake of actually reaching Priority Records when trying to set up an appointment with the post office to submit my passport paperwork. I didn’t read carefully to know I was in the wrong site. They did NOTHING for me but won’t refund my $199. They disguise themselves as a government service. You don’t need these crooks. Get your forms online and go to the post office where they are actually there to help you. This organization should be ashamed of the way they screw people over.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! After getting scammed out of $357.90 for nothing, I have been fighting with them to get a refund. I was lucky enough to get them to say they would give me a refund in writing, but I have yet to receive anything. They keep claiming that the funds are being held by the bank and the matter is out of their hands. NONSENSE! My card issuer's bank has told me that the matter was closed over a month ago and nothing is stopping them from giving me a refund. BE WARNED! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY!

SCAM!!!! IF THERE WAS A WAY FOR ZERO STARS I WOULD GAVE RATED THAT WAY. WILL NOT GRANT A REFUND IS A BUNCH OF BS. MORE ONE STARS THAN FIVE STARS SHOULD SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THIS OUTFIT.

This company is imitating a government site! They appear legitimate with a .org website. They are not even a US company. DO NOT USE!!! Make an appointment with your nearest federal building for expedited service that only costs 1/3 of the price that these thieves charge.

U.S. Priority Records is a SCAM! They claimed I needed an appointment to renew my passport at a P.O. and assigned a date/time. But P.O. had no record of appointment and stated appointment wasn’t necessary. I attempted to call U.S.Priority Recs at 202 900-0988 multiple times to say cancel my order, but could not reach anyone and could not leave message. I communicated by email, text, & WhatsApp to request a refund since I had not used their services but they refused. Never do business with U.S.Priority Recs. They are a scam.

Buyer beware!

I paid the $109 requested and shortly after realized I'd made a mistake. I sent a request for refund approximately two hours after making payment and they refused to give me ANY money back.

It's a SCAM! Very deceitful! Getting their ads infront of USPS, I accidentally made an appointment 5 days ago but failed to see that they already charged me the fees. USPS only says it's an estimate and you will pay it when you come to your appointment. I overlooked this and called my bank as soon as I got off on their website and my bank alerted me to a charge and saw it was not the legit site I intended to transact with. However, my bank said the transaction was pending. When I called their line, it was not available so I left a voicemail wasn't returned until a couple of days later and they said my payment already went through event if it showed as pending on my end. I was emailed today to say that cancellation was not approved and refund is not available! What a shame!

A $100 hidden fee that still has not been explained is very wrong!

Very easy to use

I like the fact that it didn’t take long to complete, the process went smooth & fast even though I have more to complete because they need to call to make sure everything is correct.
