Absolute shambles of an insurer
Absolute shambles of an insurer. Takes money when they feel like it without permission and feed you poor excuses each time. I paid my premium but 2 weeks later £150 gets taken off a card I didn’t give them details for, for no reason at all & they couldn’t explain why.

My experience of renewing my van insurance with Vanline Direct was 5*. Very quick and easy to sort out, Connor Bain was most helpful and a friendly, explaining everything very clearly. A very straight forward transaction. Would recommend.

Absolutely a rip off insurance provider
Absolutely a rip off insurance provider, you provide all the right information online, they take your money and then they make you call them and that’s when the fun starts. Staff I spoke to were rude, spoke over me and told me my ncb can’t be used and they would need to update quote. At this point I advised I wasn’t going to proceed as they were a con and asked for deposit refund. Absolutely a rip off

I can understand your frustration regarding the change in price following your validation call, and I am sorry to hear the team member you spoke with did not communicate this in the way they should have.
Our validation process exists to ensure the information on your policy accurately reflects the correct material facts, including details such as no claims bonus. Where discrepancies are identified during this process, a revised premium is sometimes unfortunately necessary, and this is determined by our insurers rather than by us as a broker.
I can also confirm your deposit has been refunded to you. I would still like to look into the way your call was handled, as this is not the standard we expect from our team.

Vanline Direct are a terrible…
Vanline Direct are a terrible organisation, I am in dispute about a cancellation of my van policy and they send me threatening emails, texts - and their organisation gives no option to reply to said texts and emails ... it gives a telephone number where the service operatives (although polite and seemingly helpful) - can do nothing to stop the harrassment and threats of debt collectors, bailiffs and legal action which is intimidating and causes extremee stress ... I will NEVER have anything to do with them again ...
