Fake vape??
Usually order from here with no issue and am very happy with my product. However i ordered a crystal pro 7000 only to realise its definitely fake. Theres ZERO qr codes or anything for authentication because its a fake. The packaging design does not even match with the other UK packaging designs for this product. Searched the batch numbers everywhere on different websites and it doesnt even exist. My money wasted and now i have to also buy a new replacement. Very dangerous and im upset i have to find a new place to buy after this as this website was my go to. Dont order from here unless youre able to verify that what they send you wont be fake first. Vape also came opened and box damaged.

I used this company over 18 months, and only ever had one issue in that time, spoke to Jordan in customer service and it was sorted there and then and got the new delivery 2 days after, the products are always packaged well and never had any damaged products, I even promoted them to other people

Excellent customer service. Was happy with my order but unfortunately it was faulty the RandM vapes are kind of known for the coil to taste burnt after a couple of hits. Was able to get a refund. Very happy customer.
