They lost the delivery but made a very hastey recovery and did a great job helping get the order back out without any hassle would definitely recommend as great prices and serviced too

Update
Vape gala have been in touch,and it's reassuring to see thyre bothered about negative reviews.
I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 as they have given me store credit for the amount I spent on the previous duff products.
So will see how I get in with my next order.
They have assured me they are talking to their supplier regarding the issue so ,I can't say fairer than that.
Jury is out at the moment till I receive my next order. Cheers
ordered 4 x 3500 puff vapes -elux bombs.
arrived OK
1st 2 lasted around same time as a 600 puff but hardly any taste and difficult to draw down on.
3rd one would only work intermittently and lasted half a day.
4 th battery gave up after 20 puffs.
tried emailing support.unable to as kept getting error message saying server wasn't configured at their end.
suspect strongly that products are fakes.
absolute chap experience.
I advise all not to buy from these unless you like gambling.

Quick service, used multiple times because have great offers and variety!

Online scam, wanting your personal details Avoid !
Placed an order for 12 Vapes, took the money and had an order confirmation e mail, all seemed good and legit.
Three days later they e mail me asking for pics of driving licence or passport, proof of address, bank statement showing the transaction or the card used to pay with before they can dispatch ? At no time on the website did it say this would be required !
Only an idiot would send all that personal information over to somebody in an e mail, you’re basically asking for identity fraud ! Ridiculous for them to think that is acceptable, now I am awaiting a refund, had to contact my card provider as I don’t trust them to do it. Avoid !
