I'm a regular customer of Vapegala and everything usually goes smooth. As soon as something didnt and I got in contact with their team they quickly rectified the problem I had and sorted it out same day.

I've ordered from this site several times but the last time I ordered one of the vapes didn't work (I've used loads of disposable vapes and this does happen from time to time)
I messaged them on whatsapp as they have there number on there website and they gor back to me and sorted it out on the same day.
Definitely recommend this site.

First time I ordered from this company everything was great. I ordered some vapes last week which came this Wednesday both Vapes were flashing blue lights hadn’t even used them. I gave it another 10 minutes then both vapes wasn’t lighting on. I contacted them on WhatsApp and nothing was done. Very disappointed as they didn’t offer me a refund or send new Vapes that actually worked as I put money towards these vapes in the first place.

the best experience i have had till now, R & M kits and IVG crystal bars are great! and above all , their customer support is really fast and efficient

Recently ordered 2 7000 R and M Vapes. Products worked well as always. Only downside was that there was a strand of hair stuck in the coil which I removed. Product works well and I plan on ordering more soon

Couldn't fault VapeGala at all great service and range of products and the customer services is so quick not waiting around 2-3 days for emails to be returned is always a bonus. Only issue is the cost of next day shipping. £7.99 was a bit much.
