Extremely Helpful Staff
The support executive Allen, was extremely patient, helpful and friendly. He helped me with all my queries promptly and was patient throughout the whole process sending me multiple links.

Initially it was a frustrating experience as for reasons unknown, I could not access the link to download my details for verification.
However, upon emailing your customer support service, I was contacted by Allen, who was extremely helpful in getting this matter resolved, professionally, kindly and promptly and helped turn an initial negative experience into a positive one, so Allen deserves a 'thank you' from their manager.

After carefully re reading every page of the process, I understood it better. I'm old school, need a human guide. As do many people surely. Very glad to have found Allen there who's help with my brother and I, was most welcome. Allen was our only contact who actually replied punctually (usually at the end of business or within 24 hours. Much appreciated, calming influence and very polite.

quick support when the code text didnt come
Allen was very helpful when i did not receive the confirmation code text. He sent me a link that was easy to use and with in a couple of hours of sending the documents and verifier i got the verified approval.

Invaluable help from Allen re DBS check
Being not too tech or web savvy I emailed Customer Service & to my amazement heard back within 30 to 60 minutes from Allen on a few different occasions as I had several specific tricky questions relating to obtaining DBS Checks from a European country. Allen replied super quickly even out of office hours on a weekend & sent perfect, clear, professional advice & relevant links. I had great service from Allen in Customer Support for Verify Online.
My documentation could not be uploaded as there seemed to be a fault with the Upload Button which meant I could not upload or take a photo of the required documents.
I emailed Allen yesterday late afternoon who responded very quickly and helpfully and sent me an alternative “verifier “ option , which worked . I emailed him again this morning to clarify the process and he again responded very quickly and clearly , and I was able to complete the process this morning . A very good experience and unexpectedly quick and helpful responses from a customer support centre . Thank you Allen . Victor Abrams .

Verify online is a reliable company
Verify online is a reliable company. I erroneously made a double payment to them. Then, I applied for a refund for one of the payments and I was credited after some working days.
Additionally, their customer service personnel responded promptly and politely to my concerns when I encountered some operational difficulties.
