I initially contacted support as I found the verify process extremely confusing.
I stated my problem and was contacted by Allen who helped me through the whole thing without making me feel a complete idiot and stayed with me until the whole thing was done.... with this help a frustrating situation was difused and total unstressful.

Allen is a superhero! I was having issues with my phone as I was trying to urgently verify my identity. I emailed customer support and Allen helped me within minutes, sending me a custom link to use and be manually approved rather than go through the automated system. I cannot thank him enough! Everything worked out in the end in no small part due to his diligence and expertise!

(I was based in the UK at the time of using this service, please ignore the location settings, I'm only submitting this from Belgium :)

I had paid for my DBS verification on line twice, it kept coming back as failed. I reached out to the customer service and Allen responded to my email.

He promptly attended to my query, assisted me on the way forward in 2 days, I was able to sort the DBS and completed my job application.

Very good responses and quick to sort out any queries. All I would say is there is a lot of hidden costs which was okay for me because of the desperate nature of me needing a DBS certification. But considering it can be done for free elsewhere but for a longer wait, I think the price was overpriced.

It could be ok if everything was transparent.
You'll feel caught in a trap because you have to pay verify online to be verified ( I did not know that would incur another cost to get what you need) Theres a lot of ID verification like taking a photo of your front door. You need a verifier so have them there with you. You need an upto date bill.. thank god I had my C.Tax bill as my other bills are online. The whole process is different. You're paying for 3rd party assistance also.
I came across Allen who dealt with my concerns in a timely professional manner. I didn't expect it.
He was great. Helpful and polite, which is what you're grateful for after such a process.Verify Online may well want to choose their buddying up partners better to not be tarred with the same brush!!! Overall I would have saved myself a lot of time and money if I'd have just gone through the normal channels via the Govt website for £48. I'm an idiot. Lessons learned though.

I literally had great experience with Support team member named Allen. She is really well trained in dealing the problems of customers. I was unable to proceed with my application and got frustrated at one point that I asked for my money back but Allen remained calm and supportive throughout the day and changed my mind and helped me in solving my problem. I was replied to quickly, even though I was concerned, as you can only contact this company via email. Allen even replied to me out of hours at 8 pm, which I was impressed with. My verification was dealt with quickly and the small issue I had was resolved. So far, I can recommend them.
