Veryfying Document Problems
I have major problems with my verification and struggling being in a foreign country. I emailed Allen and his time of reply was very quick. The response and the guidance I received were fast, efficient and easy to understand. I now have mp documents successfully verified.

The customer service was excellent I have a faulty camera on my phone and Allen sent a link for secondary document request and I was able to fix the problem straight away, the links are very hard to use and if you do not have a camera it can make things difficult but thanks to customer support this has now been rectified.

I was trying to do disclosure application but because have no passport had no idea what to do.. I sent email to customerservice and got really helpfull information from Allen about what to do to try reslove the issue. He said if we needed any more help he would try to resolve it.. without his help I would have been stuck
