My only comment is that bracelets are far better without magnetic clasps, and I strongly suggest you rethink this.

I really like the products from this brand, but my overall experience was extremely disappointing. My original order was lost in transit, and when it was finally reshipped, not all the items I ordered were included. To make things worse, the items that did arrive came almost three weeks late.

Customer service was not at all satisfactory — there was no real solution offered, no discount, and very little communication throughout the process. The products themselves are beautiful and good quality, but the handling of the shipping and support was frustrating and disappointing. I truly hope the company improves its fulfillment process and customer service moving forward.

Shipping took way too long. Alson, the Apple watch band that was sent was very hard to wrap tightly. I wore it to an event, and it kept coming untied. Was loose the whole time. Would definitely not purchase again.

It took over a month for my order to be delivered. But I was in contact with customer service numerous times and they were responsive and helpful each time. The issue was getting my order thru customs….i didn’t realize Victoria Emerson is a Canadian company. Then once thru customs my local post office briefly lost the package! Ugh! But I finally received my order and all is good. Customer service even reached out to make sure I finally received it. 💕

It took a bit longer than expected to receive my jewelry but one necklace was missing. Customer Service was great responding & will refund the money. Jewelry was purchased on sale for a great price . I like the jewelry but it looks a bit costumer however I did receive nice compliments on it. Good value for the price.
