It’s your return policy that made me unhappy. When I purchase almost 300.00 worth of your product and need to return one item, it demands a photo and that I pay 10.00 return shipping fee. So, this is my first and last purchase.

My package was marked as delivered and it never came. They asked me to wait a week to make sure it wasn't a mistake. I reached after a week and they shipped me a new necklace.

I worked with Erika as I received the wrong item. They were going to resend a replacement item but the item I ordered was out of stock. The item came back in stock 1.5 months later and I contacted Erika directly and she sent my order at the original sale price. So easy to work with.
